Great idea for a podcast, but the way Shawn pretends to know evenything and constantly interrupts others who are more knowledgeable make this literally painful to listen to.

As a female preppier it’s hard to find information on female care for emergency/ bunker situations. Thank you Jessica for all the information, I hope they bring you back on in the future for a more in-depth chat about a supplies to have on hand. I’m thankful I found this podcast. As someone who is new to being more aware of a self reliant lifestyle, I have learned many things from this station! Keep up the great work. As always we’re very appreciative of the wisdom, jokes and knowledge shared.

Been following skinnymedic on YouTube for minute now, he’s awesome but this other gentleman on the show is awesome as well!!!!!! The two together fantastic ! The info is a life saver, pun intended But all this info is stuff EVERYONE should check out. I also love the encouragement to act and help out so many people these days have the bystander effect or are recording with their phone ! God bless you both !! This is, without a doubt, one of the most informative podcasts I’ve ever listened to. I can’t believe how much I’ve learned about civilian medical practices in just three episodes. I believe that this podcast will save lives. They’ve encouraged me to seek out more medical training and I’m sure they’ve persuaded many others to do the same.

It’s difficult to cover topics like first aid and bleeding control with audio only, but these guys nail it. Great detail; good reviews of the basics. Great job!

Both guys are very knowledgeable and skilled in the med department. It doesn’t take the place of training but it’s great information nonetheless

This a super hard topic to cover in an audio podcast and these guys knock it out of the park. Great information and paced to keep you entertained. I can not recommend this podcast enough.
