Ah1798Re-releasing old episodesThis was one of my favorite podcasts until I noticed that lately they’ve just been re-releasing old episodes under different titles. I’d love some new episodes, but if they’re just repeats then unfortunately I’ll be unsubscribing.

cynbalogDrives me insaneI would listen to this show a lot more if the show info appeared at the top of the page when I clicked on it in my Apple Podcasts. Unfortunately, the most recent show is always at the bottom! This is the only podcast that does it that way and I’m not a fan of scrolling!

Wayne PelletierApprochableI’ve been listening to this show for a couple of years and it’s been key to improving my business. The hosts are excellent. Both Preston and Clay are experienced, reasonable, and inquisitive. It generates colorful conversations across several industries. I’m better and my business is better because of this show.

illsondsA new favorite for freelancers! The secret is officially out: Freelancing is your way to build skills, run your own business, and give yourself the flexibility you deserve! Clay and Preston absolutely being the heat on this podcast!! Providing listeners with nuggets of information, tips, and insider advice on how to dive head-first into the world of freelancing!

CandicesmithLegit guidance for Freelancers looking to elevate their gameI discovered this podcast a few weeks ago and couldn’t get enough…so much so that I signed up and just finished a coaching session with Preston and Clay. Most Freelancer podcasts feel more about the host or their already ‘famous’ (in freelance circles) guests, and often just a rehash of stuff they’ve said many times. Not only does this podcast break through that by featuring a relative newcomer (mostly) each episode, but the hosts are witty, engaging and most importantly, empathetic to their guests. This is the first review I’ve ever taken the time to leave on a podcast, and even had to do so on my phone since I don’t have a Mac. If you’re looking for something refreshing that’ll give you actionable insights you should give this podcast a listen.

ddubyaisadimeRefreshingly DifferentFreelance to Founder is THE treasure among a sea of business podcasts. The show set up is unique in that it features founder hopefuls who are in the midst of growing their businesses. The questions are real and the feedback is authentic and actionable. This is also one of the few podcasts that regularly features service providers. Preston and Clay are patient, seemingly sincere in their desire to help, and intentional in helping guests get to the root of the problem. 10/10 would recommend.

TootkinBest Advice I’ve GottenI binged this podcast a couple months ago and now it’s one of my favorites. The advice is so easy to understand and implement in my business. I needed help with my business and I decided to apply to be on the show, which was so easy to do it was nuts. I hopped on the podcast with them and got some of the best advice I’ve ever gotten for my business. They’re also so great on their toes and were able to answer my questions on the fly which was impressive.

GotchayeahWay too many ads..This is an good show but what ruins it is having three ad breaks that go on for two minutes each

WillGibbonsDesignA Great Business for Creatives ResourcePreston and Clay have great chemistry and their sometimes opposing opinions make for a good balance in this show! I’ve enjoyed being able to learn from others who are a few steps ahead of me in their respective careers. It’s cool to hear a new format of podcasting (live coaching) and it’s casual enough to also be good entertainment. Hoping this show continues for a long time! If you’re a creative no matter where you are in your journey, this show will no doubt bring value to you.

TesslorraineOne of my go-to podcastsThis podcast is one of my staples, and I’m glad there are so many episodes to listen to. I know that whatever interview I choose will be a good one. I always get at least one good takeaway.

ClaudcoderYour music is annoying & too loudReduce your background music - I came to listen to your interview with Becca Courtice.

Matt RudnitskyBest Pod for Freelancers (MUST LISTEN!)I've been searching for ages for a good freelancing podcast, and I've finally found one. Most pods focus way too much on people speaking about their current success ... instead of sharing the first steps, trials, tribulations, the whole journey, etc. If you want to "make it," Freelance to Founder will give you the keys.
-
CastHelloOne of the worst podcasts I’ve come acrossWhatever you do with your day, don’t waste your time with this podcast. The host, Brandon Hull is very robotic and lacks depth.
-
itssiimonheySubscribed! This is a must-listen for everyone who wants to escape 9-5.
-
UnstuckableLearn how to stop trading minutes for dollarsWhen you start freelancing after being employed it's liberating, but at some point it starts feel like a job because you are trading your minutes for dollars. Brandon does an amazing job of breaking down the process of pivoting from freelancer to founder by getting into the nitty-gritty of the stories of his awesome guest! Must listen if you are on the cusp of making this transition!

KC8LBRInspiring!I'm a small-time graphic design freelancer, and I really appreciate the stories of those who started small, thought hard, and grew. I'm still waiting for my "big idea!" Thanks Millo!

Jamesb303Always inspiringI always get some new nuggets of information that help my business move forward. It also reinforces what I'm doing right or wrong, some 18 years into my design business. Preston always impresses me with his insight and experience at a relatively young age. Keep it up!

xianwestGreat PodcastSuch good advice for those of us trying to make it in a creative industry. The things you don't learn in school and so much class more.
-
artsyfellowVery inspiring showA very inspiring show with real guests with real stories that help you to sometimes stop wondering "why the hell am I doing this?". A great listen for those times that you feel that you're at the end of your rope.
-
JichWell produced interviews with interesting peopleFreelance to founder is a well produced podcast with interviews from successful founders who are running innovative and interesting businesses that are under the radar.
-
DrinkdrawersHelpful for young and aspiring entrepreneurs! This rating comes with a caveat: this is not an easy-listening podcast. You have to focus, take other perspectives, and consider how what the very accomplished interviewees are saying might apply to your journey. The good news is that, if you're a young or aspiring entrepreneur, you already have some idea of how hard the work is, so this podcast should be right up your alley. Really great stuff here, thanks to Millo for doing this work for us!

LiquidNoirInformative, entertaining, good production valueI stumbled onto this podcast and was pleasantly surprised. I was in for just the first episode but ended up listening through the entire season! I found it to be really inspirational and entertaining all at once. Add the high production value with thoughtful music editing, and you have a very nicely packaged podcast. Easy to listen to, full of interesting and inspiring stories and experiences about how people overcome trials to find their success. Two thumbs up!
-
Trevor BrownGreat quality!I love this show. You can tell they took the time to create each episode.
-
MactroniusFresh format on taking how a side gig grew to a team a peopleThe number of interview podcasts are growing old. Loving this podcast and how the host weaves commentary and entertainment into founders stories. Quality is high! Can't wait for season 2! Apprecaite Millo keeping it clean so I can listen around my kids.
-
MGumbsInspiringListening to season one while I was working on perfecting my own pashion and craft made me inspired. To hear about those who have been successful in their field and not to hear just the positives but to hear what they did when times got hard and discouraging. Loved how it isn't just some guy talking, they inject music and comments that help you get the big picture of the story that is being told. I can't wait to hear more! It shows that if you are passionate about your craft or your skill to keep going and you never know where it will lead!
-
The Onion RocksGreat show!I am not an entrepreneur, nor do I have the desire of being one; however, I find the show to be very interesting from a creative and human interest perspective.
