    What a letdown
I was really excited at the thought of another wrestling podcast with femme hosts but Jesus Christ are your complaints dumb. Oh well, I’ll stick to Ring the Belle!

    The wrestling I love
I love wrestling and I love the way all three of the Tights and Fights panel love wrestling. They’re so funny and spot on with the commentary and even mix in culture and politics which is what makes wrestling so great, if you didn’t know. Y’all are great keep it up!

    Personality wins the day!
I love the joy and sincerity that this show brings to the wrestling conversation!

    Loved for years
What used to be a wonderful, fun focused escape from the world has become a wwe review sandwich among a rant (or two or three) about what other companies are doing wrong. I get they were all brought up on wwf/e, but it’s tough to listen to their negativity towards Tony Kahn after the company has existed less than 10% as long as their favorite. Maybe just stick with reviewing the E so it can be fun for you guys and wait until you feel positively about other things. I just don’t like feeling defensive, and combative about what I watch. I hope the best for all the hosts, as i’ve thoroughly enjoyed all their work at different times. Thanks

    Love it!
Great podcast! As a fan of Open Mike Eagle I was so delighted to discover the early episodes of this podcast. I have been making my way through the archives of this show while also listening to the new episodes when they drop. Around 130 episodes in and I’m sad to know that Mikes time as a host on the show is likely coming to an end. As much as I love what he’s doing currently, I’m really going to miss hearing him talk about wrestling. That being said, at the same time I am excited to hear more from Hal, Danielle, and Lindsey. You all are amazing!

    Very WWE focused. Very negative.
Decent chemistry but I wish they gave other promotions more attention. They frequently complain about underserved women wrestlers but have never talked about the many excellent womens promotions. On the subject of complaining they sure do a lot of it. I get a feeling that they dread watching and talking about wrestling but are now locked in to this responsibility. (I edited the score down to 1 star because they got worse. Stop the podcast you folks clearly don’t care anymore.)

    Unbearable
I used to love this show, but the hosts have just become unbearable in the past few months. If you don’t care about wrestling at all, which is pretty clear from the way you just screw around while playing clips, maybe just shut this podcast down and do whatever it is you’d rather do. This is completely unlistenable garbage. Update: I came back to see how the show was going, and it somehow got worse. What a garbage show.

    Tree of woe, is me.
This show has had a case of the doldrums lately. Delightful host, but for me, their joyful critique of wrestling has dipped since the pandemic. Understandable, considering -but it just doesn’t pair well with my flippy escapism anymore. Will try again during precedented times.

This show got me into wrestling…
… and I think it’s time for me to thank them and move on.

    Lopsided Analysis
The three hosts are smart and funny and know what they're talking about when it comes to wrestling. That what makes it so frustrating when they provided lopsided analysis to AEW and NXT. To hear them, you'd think AEW doesn't do anything right and NXT can do no wrong. I love both brands and can discern both have really strong points and both have room for development but unfortunately you won't get that kind of balanced analysis here.

    Perfect
I love this podcast and the hosts a lot. There are many ways to watch and enjoy wrestling, and I feel like their specific ways match mine perfectly. They get it. They are delightful, and they are nice. They get the humor, they criticize what I also feel needs criticism. I’m sort of a new fan to WWE, people have tried to get me to watch it my entire life and I resisted but I get it now and I’m obsessed. Tights and Fights just makes it even better and amplified my love and obsession. I have only listened to about 10 episodes so far, but I’ll be listening every single week for as long as the podcast exists. It’s just great. Thanks! I had heard Hal Lublin on some PFT podcasts over the years and listened because I’d heard of him, but the first three eps I heard he wasn’t even in it and I was already this hooked to it because of the other phenomenal hosts. I agree with Lindsay so consistently.

Not as fun as it used to be
When I first started listening the show truly did have both the “sincerity and hilarity” it proclaims to have. Unfortunately over the past year or so it has devolved into yet another wrestling podcast hosted by people who seem to not enjoy wrestling. I’m not feeling the negative tone of the show lately as it’s the opposite of what got me listening in the first place. I’m going to unsubscribe for a few months and check back in 2021. Hoping in the meantime they find the fun in wrestling again.

    Required for WWE Fans
I’ve been a WWE fan since it was called WWF. My cousins and I used to why WWF ice cream bars from the corner store as kids. I think the hosts are funny and knowledgeable. It’s just a fun show.

    Awesome podcast
I’ve never watched any wrestle-ball, I couldn’t name any of the players or teams, and I don’t even know how you score a wrestle-point. Honestly, I only started listening to this podcast because I ran out of episodes of The Thrilling Adventure Hour and We Got This! In every episode, some combination of Hal, Danielle, Lindsey, Mike, and Julian (and sometimes even a guest) passionately discuss whatever this wrestling thing is, the people involved in it, and the outcomes of that week’s wrestling-related events. They talk at length about various individuals and organizations I’ve never heard of, recap the most recent instances where wrestles happened, and generally drone on and on in unfamiliar technical jargon. However, I do really enjoy Tights and Fights, even if I haven’t the slightest idea what the hosts are talking about. I love this podcast because I can enjoy listening to the guys talk enthusiastically about an interest that they all share, without having to actually be aware of any sort of context. I especially like it when one of the hosts becomes deeply and personally offended over some trivial thing or another, and then they go on a long tangent about it, much to the amusement of the other hosts. I also like how excited all of the hosts get whenever they talk about their favorite wrestle-player or a wrestle-event they really liked. It’s a great podcast, even if you are not a fan of wrestling.
  • CosmicBoryan
    Are you paid by AEW
So much time is spent talking about one show and very little about all the others. Do you even know NXT UK exists?
  • Damian Hermecz
    Really excellent
Way too much focus on women’s wrestling and Danielle yelling about woke politics and bs she reads on Twitter. She’s just obnoxious. Lindsay and the rest are great.
  • MrMKenyon
    Love it
Thanks for the entertaining conversation, nation

    Good, not douchy
I really used to enjoy this podcast. But the overly woke takes and not objective views of the product has caused me to unsubscribe. Sad of what could have been.

    Funniest show
This is the funniest wrestling podcast I’m a big fan of both Danielle and Lindsey
  • Lucha Kaiju
    Perfect Podcast
Points for the Mr Perfect inspired theme song. Hella points for the discussion with the creators of Punk Feminist EVE Wrestling. Points for awesome wrestling talk that isn’t afraid to share a better vision for the art of wrestling and society as a whole - there are no more points to be had, Tights and Fights is awesome!!!
  • YUXSL
    *sigh*
I used to look forward to listenin to their Perspective but the cringey, horny, shticks Danielle and Lindsey go on every time they’re on at the same time is unbearable and I find myself just not listenin anymore. They throw out a lot of “woke” takes just for them to contradict a lot of their stances in the same episode. Disappointed in what this podcast has turned into. I really wanna like them too

A wrestling community you can trust
Women! Gays! This is a wrestling podcast you can trust not to let you down.
  • esreg
    thanks !
i’ve only gotten into wrestling in the last year and listening to tights and fights has been a big part of that! lindsay danielle and hal are hilarious and i love hearing their perspective on things i watch and on wrestling i haven’t had time to get into yet!

This podcast is my catch up to all wrestling news I care about and honestly it’s one of the few things I look forward to weekly. It’s well informed but also isn’t taking everything toooo seriously. Regardless the hosts are warm and inviting and I’ve only been listing for a few months now but I feel like I’ve been there since day one.
  • TTsura
    Pretty sweet.
I haven’t really cared about wrestling since WCW was bought out. So when I heard about Tights and Fights, I was like, “meh.” But when I donated during a Max Fun Drive, and got the bonus episodes, I thought, “Wow. Okay. This is great.” Ever since, I’ve been hooked on their humor, knowledge, and perspective. I’m even watching again. Honestly, the fact that this podcast contains Hal helps. I wonder if he’d make scones for John Cena?
  • Rudy P-rez
    Outstanding
This podcast is so great because they talk about everything and with knowledge.

    Great show
This is a great show. It’s one of the highlights of my podcast list to the point where I donate to maximum fun network because of them. The constant SJW stuff can get a little annoying at times, but not worth unsubbing. If you turned the “sighs” that Danielle produces due to WWE into a drinking game, you’d die :)
  • ProfessorAce7
    Disappointing
I used to enjoy it but quit listening for a few reasons. The hosts are likable and bring often overlooked voices to wrestling but can be very inconsistent about actually being on their own show. Frequently, one or more of them aren’t up to date on the current product so the discussions can be unfocused or just them explaining to each other what happened on tv that last week. Also, the show switched to a format with a weekly guest, almost none of whom ever seems to have much of a real interest or background in pro-wrestling.
  • xXHardBoiXx
    It’s very good
Hey NoC do you want Sasha to quit WWE?

    Great Wrestling Podcast
This is a fun and enlightening wrestling podcast. Makes me look at wrestling in a new light.
  • TyyourTy
I'm putting Tights and Fights over this week
Y'all are a ray of light in a weary world. I'd happily play Shark-boi to Hal's Pod-Daddy; I think everyone should give Danielle l the things because she deserves them; and Mike makes me feel things. And buy Lindsey's books because she's wonderful. Also without Julian there wouldn't be Tights/Fights so bless his heart. Love this show.

My favorite wrestling podcast...heck maybe favorite podcast in general. Danielle seems to read my mind and voice all the things I wish the podcast would talk about!!

    Amazing
    Love this podcast so funny.
  • PhanSiPance
Very tight and I’ll fight you about it
It’s like listening to my friends talking about wrestling without the snarky comments because I have not watch the latest NJPW thing. Tights N Fights is for everyone.

    PMA all day
Hard these days to find a podcast who always tries to find the positive in Wrestling. The crew does it on a weekly basis (even in the bad weeks) and have a consistent stream of great guests.
  • ctsuperman26
    Excellent Wrestling Podcast
This podcast has great personalties that are a joy to listen to and is great for both causal and hardcore wrestling fans!
  • jpb138
    Putting this podcast over.
I found this from browsing the Max Fun website & seeing that 1) it’s about wrestling which I’ve followed my whole life and 2) it features Mike Eagle. Then I started listening and was more into it than I could’ve ever imagined. Listen to it every week now! Don’t worry Danielle, there are other Lucha Underground fans out there.
  • Wardfx
A great fun podcast that keeps it light for the most part.
I enjoy the podcast and the different views of the hosts and guests, it does a good job of being jokey and not taking the storylines too serious. I understand part of being a critic of wrestling is finding the bad each week, but they dont get too dragged down with the constant whats wrong. It was good to hear them when there were serious matters, but for the most part if you want a listen that celebrates wrestling instead of hating it this is a good one

    These are NOT garbage people.
Even when I don’t love “the product” I love hearing about it from everyone on tights and fights.

    The perfect wrestling podcast
The song tells the truth. I listen to a lot of wrestling podcasts, but this one is by far the most relatable and easiest to understand. Thanks to all y’all.
  • Auburn62
It ruins every other wrestling podcast.
I rekindled my love of wrestling a year ago and listened to this podcast simply because I love Maximum Fun. I’ve tried listening to other wrestling podcasts during that time and I just can’t. Tights & Fights is intelligent even when they’re dumb. They’re respectful even when they’re cynical. They clearly love professional wrestling and that doesn’t mean accepting its flaws. It makes wrestling accessible and is an amazing community for people of all stages in their relationship with wrestling. Thanks, guys. You give me hope for wrestling fans.

    A gronking good time .

also the theme goes hard as hell thanks mike
I may not have any other contact with the world of wrestling- I don’t really have the concentration to watch it- this is one of my favorite podcasts that I look forward to each week. Thank you, y’all, for giving me a hilarious window into the wide world of People In Funny Costumes Smacking Each Other.

    The Only Wrestling Podcast
The show that has quickly become the only wrestling perspectives I need. Funny, charming, and respectful of both wrestling history and it’s need to change for the future.

    100% the best
I started listening because I started a new job with a long commute, and this is one of two podcasts that I loved so much that I went back and started from the beginning of what was available. Thanks guys!
