Attended a dedication reception on Wednesday evening all prepared to wade through hor d’oeuvre offerings. One cookie is all I managed as the program began. It was all downhill from there. Did not sleep much that night due to being wound up. My boss’ retirement celebration was Thursday afternoon where carbs, fat, salt and added sugar were the snack choices. It was bottled water and fresh fruit for me. My body is almost back to some sense of normalcy two days out.

She’s a breath of fresh air, easy to learn from and talk with, and is in a lot of ways, a life coach. She takes on the whole person, body, mind, and spirit. She will make you think about your eating and how it relates to your life, offer suggestions, ultimately leading you to answer your own questions and look inward.
