BohandoTrying to Justify having no integrityThis is the most accurate description of the attitude of modern day extreme narcissism… Blaming everything around them to justify doing whatever they want to do, find an honest person to respect and love and and that includes connecting sexually…

LeweiseThank you!Thank you for this podcast! You have really helped me understand and articulate what I have always felt about my weight, my fitness, and my body. When I listened to the first episode I thought, there are people who think like me!!!! I love you for working so hard on this and putting it out there. I just finished the epsiode with Renee and enjoyed some information from the states!! Keep up the great work!

janae_usnerSelf care with fun accentsThis show is just plain awesome. A safe, positive space that helps me unpack and neutralize the diet culture lies that hide in my head. Voices abound in the world that tell women what is wrong with their bodies and how much money we can spend to try to fix it. These sassy, fun, strong women will turn those messages down and help you elevate your sense of self worth, no matter what society says about your body. Plus, as a Southern American, I LOVE THE ACCENTS!!

ShortTuffStuffMy morning pep talk!I listen to this podcast while I get ready in the morning. I’m a new mom, so the little time I get to sit down and do some self care is precious. This pod makes me feel like my best mates are sitting around with me, hyping me up and making me feel amazing.

eruditeBest new podcast of the year!I fu@&$king love this podcast. I’ve followed George for a while now and was thrilled when this podcast launched! I’d listen to these ladies chat about anything, but it’s delicious to hear them having an open discussion about life as a fat person. I enjoy their different perspectives (because (shocker!) all of us don’t think alike or experience life the same way). They should get an extra star for being bad b!$&hes. Death row meal: (keep in mind I’m GF and dairy free, so I want all the flour and cream!) Sticky bun cinnamon rolls with buttercream frosting Lobster mac & cheese (extra creamy with shaved truffles and homemade pasta) Pizza—the trashiest, cheesiest, stuffed crust monstrosity, with pineapple and ham, none of that classy “traditional style” Raspberry-peach pie

jb70noahFeel Good Podcast 🌟I found this podcast last week. I am a plus size 55 year old woman getting ready for my daughters wedding and not feeling confident about being the fat mom. Her fiancé’s mom is a cougar as are all her friends. I listened to every single pod and I felt so much better. So, Thank you! I’m still worried that I will not fit in but I will re-listen to all of your shows and hopefully they will get me through the weekend.

MisjojoToo much cussing :(I was excited for this podcast. I love listening to podcasts when I clean and in the car. Unfortunately the excessive cursing made it so I couldn’t listen to it comfortably for myself or in front of the kids.

Mary ParizekThe right amount of fun and seriousA great podcast! Addresses the struggles of being a fat woman while also putting humor in to it. I look forward to every Tuesday when the next episode comes out. Can’t wait to see where this podcast goes. Seriously every fat woman should listen to it!

lilkimbo13Like listening to friends! This is a really fun podcast! I felt like I was listening to my friends chat (with a bit more structure, of course) which, for me, is the mark of a good podcast. I’m excited for more episodes.

1940'sGalFantastic!This is the first podcast I’ve ever listened to in my life and absolutely loved it! It was perfectly timed b/c I was having one of those “I’m not good enough...I’ll be pretty when I’m thin” mornings. Thank you ladies for being so genuine, lovely, and candid! Looking forward to the next episode.
