Wy2298Timely topicMental health is a topic that is still too often only whispered. In our society where people can be disconnected from each other even though we can be so connected electronically, it is vital to understand mental health challenges. I am glad Greg has been willing to bring this topic out of the shadows.

KaimihakuThank you for pulling back the curtainI've been listening to Greg and Jennifer for over 10 years with their Adventures in Imperfect Living (formerly known as Catholics Next Door) podcast. Check out that podcast if you want to hear what Greg's gone through over the last two years or so; it's pretty incredible how far he's come. He speaks honestly and openly about his personal struggles with mental illness. So brave, and so eyeopening for those of us who know someone struggling with mental illness. I think this is a timely podcast as people in today's world seem more open to understanding mental illness.. Thank you for pulling back the curtain on a difficult subject. I look forward to more episodes.
