I love this podcast. I’ve learned so much since I started listening. After listening to the episodes about marketing, I created a marketing plan that got me 6 ideal prospects within a week!!!! That’s a huge difference from the 1-2 clients I would get monthly through referrals and thumbtack. I listen to your podcast religiously but half the time I find myself skipping the episode or speeding through it when you seem to get off topic, talk really really fast , or talk around questions instead of giving effective and clear answers. I have gained so much knowledge and alot of the episodes which is why I still listen but it do really grind my gears when I listen to an episode and it’s more fluff than important information I can tell your very educated and head is probably exploding with information but I have gained more information when the two ladies were controlling the podcasts and it have really helped me make break throughs and create systems and accurate formatted goals. I love the show ! But sometimes mike tends to rant and talk really fast where I can barely keep up with the episode. I would love to work with you guys to help grow my cleaning service just wanted to let you know the things that sometimes turn me off from the podcast . But for the most part I have gained so much knowledge and appreciate your platform for sharing.

Just Do It

I do love the content but it’s so hard to listen with the host talking so fast and always interrupting the guests and talking over them. It’s almost feels overly egotistical and demeaning at times. I wish I could hear a full response from the guests when Mike asks a question but he always interrupts them. Let them speak!

You’re a fraud and you should be cancelled! It’s all about people until it comes to paying them then it’s because you already give ‘them’ enough by way of giving and ‘donating’ to other causes??!! How does that work??!! You don’t get it! Your business thrives and you make a killing off of the backs of good, hardworking people who are the backbone of this country and who die getting here, sometimes illegally, to have the opportunity to work and earn a living and put food on the table and you rape and pillage them and your excuse is because the work you offer them is not meant to be long-term??!! What planet are you from??!! To whom MUCH is given, much meaning WEALTH in your case, MUCH is required!! You’ve been blessed with wealth and you have the audacity to encourage people seeking your advice not to pay workers or their employees a living wage or more if they are able, is pure insanity! It’s amazing you sleep at night! Stop coaching people to NOT pay a living wage or more! You’re lying and deceiving people and you may not be held accountable here but you will have to account for it!

Listened to a couple of your podcast love the guest speakers wish you would do less talking about other things not related to the subject of the title and let the guest speakers speak. Sorry to be so blunt but that is a major wast of time for a lot of us even disrespectful to the guest speaker that rarely gets a word in. Would like to get actual information instead of hearing rambling on and focusing on yourself not what I thought this podcast was about I am confused??? Every time a guest speaker speaks you start talking about “you”.

This podcast has gems hidden all over it!! There is definitely some selling going on, but hey, it’s a business! I started listening about a month ago, and I work for a super small cleaning company specializing in luxury homes in CA. I’m planning to open my own business in another state this year, and only a few episodes in, I have answers to so many issues the current company I’m working for is dealing with. Due to some events in the last year, I’ve ended up running the team for my boss as she’s stepped back. I’m really disappointed I waited so long to search this sort of podcast out, as I could’ve saved myself a lot of stress and discomfort with just the first five episodes. I am so glad I found this podcast, I feel that Mike gives simple straight forward answers to complex issues! Thanks for setting me up with your years of experience, and I hope to become more involved myself!

I have listened to a lot of podcasts and then went through his program. Because of the changes to my mindset and then my business, 2020 was a great year instead of catastrophic like it has been for so many Cleaning Businesses this year. Thanks Mike!

Doesn’t say anything useful through the whole podcast. Says hi to a bunch of people, sells his website. Then starts to talk about stuff that’s good but goes off in a tangent and at the end says you can learn more if you pay me.

I love this show. Big fan of Mike and his business skills and knowledge and tidbits. Always a good nugget. However, the poor audio quality at times is killing me. I've almost quit a few times since it can be so hard to hear at times. If it wasn't for the good nuggets, I would never have stayed. It isn't consistant but regular enough to be an issue. However, I do recommend folks listen, you will grow your business for sure!

Mike your volume is super low on your mic. Then I put my volume all the way up to be able to hear ya and when Natalie speaks or sniffles her nose she blows my ear drum out. Literally. Her volume is super high. Not that what she says is not important it is but hurtful, extremely loud. If you could fix this I would (maybe other too) would appreciate it! I was feeling really bummed and burnt out today. Found this podcast and it restored my enthusiasm for what I do. I have had my cleaning business for a year today! I have more customers than I can personally handle. I need to hire someone. I have been thinking this for the while. But this podcast has given me that push to actually start that process! Maybe just maybe I won’t have to be doing the cleaning at all very soon! I love what I do and the people I work for....most of them. So thank you so much for this extremely informative podcast. You’ve answered questions I have had in my mind for a while now. Just didn’t know where to go to find the answers. Also this was a refreshing change to all the True crime podcast I usually listen to during my cleaning days!!

I honestly did not expect the kind of insight and advice that I got. Allow me to elaborate, Mike is by far the most insightful person I’ve ever heard of and or listened to when it comes to growing cleaning businesses. I’m just beginning as a 21 year old in cleaning and he told me straight up maybe not what I wanted to hear (as an egotistical kid) but he told me what I needed to hear and I appreciate him for that. The funniest thing was he wouldn’t even sell me his programs and it was simply because I’m not ready for them yet (in his words not mine “you are hunting a squirrel, all you need is a rock to reach your goal and I have a bazooka”) and I respect that more than anything, and it shows a lot of character. Mike is by far your best bet for anything cleaning company related, and I plan based on mikes advice to be an example of that in the future. Thank you Mike

This is such a great resource for anyone who currently owns/manages a cleaning company, or for anyone who is thinking about starting one! Mike gives great coaching on every episode in a format that allows individuals in this industry to learn, grow, and apply new formulas immediately. Natalie takes the time to follow up over the phone with the guest who have been on the show which I think is so awesome! The Facebook group that they have started is also a great place to ask questions and make new friends. Keep up the great work guys!!

This is a different type of review. I decided NOT to grow my cleaning company, but instead focus on ways to optimize it. I wanted to work only a few days per week with no employees and make decent income to pay all of the bills. This would free my time to spend with my wife and kids and work on my passion projects. I did that and then wanted to teach and coach it, so I needed to find the best of the best already doing so. I came into Mike's community to learn how to do what Mike does, but without competing against him. I am niched way differently. Here's where this review is different. I am not looking to do what Mike coaches, but I want to be like Mike ("If I could be like Mike... I wanna be, wanna be like Mike"). The more I listen to his podcasts and interact in his community and investigate his coaching model, I am more and more impressed. Mike is a class-act and I can't recommend him and his podcast highly enough to any cleaner that DOES want to grow their cleaning company. He will help you, guaranteed. Keep up the great work, Mike.

I have learned a lot from listening to this podcast. However, the poor production quality and sound makes it difficult to listen to. I find myself riding the volume on my headphones constantly. And there is usually a terrible connection between the host and his guest. I would love to continue listening if the quality was better.
