I have been blessed to follow Brian Hardin read the DAB since its 1st anniversary (2006, before podcasts), and keep coming back to this every single day. Brian’s voice is bold and steady, delivering God’s Word to strengthen my spirit daily. Love being able to commute by car or bicycle and just listen to this. Ask the Holy Spirit to make God’s Word a Living Word and you read or listen to it and it will transform your life. The reading of the Old Testament, New Testament, Psalms, and Proverbs is amazing. 365 steps. I have recommended this to hundreds of people and will continue.

This is my 19th time through the Bible with Brian and the DAB community. I do everything I can to not miss a single day as it’s grows in importance each day. The grounding in the scripture helps me understand the many facets / pictures of God that in turn helps me see his love and care for me as well as the fact that he likes me (and you) but is also greatly opposed to sinfulness and will eventually put a permanent end to all the misery that is in the world today

This podcast is incredible-I’m getting so much more out of it than I ever thought possible hearing the Bible every day. I also love how applicable Brian Hardin makes it to our life today. I’ve always preferred reading the Bible myself over listening, but my life these days makes it much easier to listen, and I’m so glad I did!

I love listening through the Bible every year. I’ve read the Bible all my life, but I have gotten to know it so much better by listening each day. All of those obscure passages and books we rarely read are cemented in my mind quite well now. And I love Brian‘s commentary and explanations. It really is wonderful and applicable. It’s different each year and so personal.

I spent 25 years in prison the last 10 years were the hardest but Brian and his daily audio Bible that I discovered when we got our tablets got me through it every day. I could’ve done it without it when I woke up in the morning I put him on when he was always there without his teachings without his wisdom and his tender voice, I don’t think I would’ve made it out of prison but now I am home and on my new phone I have found him and I can start listening to him again every day Brian, I hope you will be always there to hear your voice first thing in the morning when I get up did you give me the strength to make it through the day your loyal listener, Daniel Moraga God bless you

I love the DAB podcast because it keeps me on track with the daily podcasts! I also love Brian’s voice - it is very distinctive and soothing to listen to. I have listened to DAB since way back when I was in High School - and now I’m a busy mom with a highly demanding job. It’s embarrassing to admit, but these days I sometimes struggle sitting and just reading my Bible (I fall asleep whenever I have a chance to sit down & it’s quiet), but these podcasts keep the Word accessible and always around me. I listen to the DAB readings once or twice a day. It’s a blessing because I know my daughter is hearing the Word read over her, too. So so thankful for this!

Five year listener here. Listening to the Bible daily has changed my life and has brought me so much closer to God. Brian Hardin not only has a great reading voice and soothing background music to accompany the text, he also has a great working knowledge on the background of the Bible. At the beginning of each new book, Brian walks you through some of the story behind it and scholarly debates that exist around that particular book. Not only has this podcast refreshed my soul but it has educated me so much too!

I just passed my sixth year of listening and don’t know how I would have traversed some seasons during that time without this community. God has used every part of this to speak to me at different times in different ways. Sometimes it’s the scripture reading, sometimes it’s Brian’s commentary, and at times it the community prayers/calls. He has encouraged me, emboldened me, corrected me, convicted me, but always loved me each day. Don’t worry about “catching up”, just hear today’s message and let it work within you. One day at a time, one step at a time.

We spend so little time thinking about our paradigms and so much time thinking with them! DAB is a fabulous way to hear from God as he spoke to his people throughout history. Thanks to the heartfelt prayers it is also a fabulous way to hear from each other, across the diverse Christian community, and to be reminded it isn’t necessarily about us. Brain’s sage advice and exegetical approach is woven with the gentleness and respect society needs. Seldom pulling any punches Brian’s love for the listener is apparent. Come sit by the Global Campfire and be warmed.

This is my fifth year with Daily AudioBible! I love listening to God’s word, hearing it read out loud processes in your brain a different way than reading it yourself. I get more out of Bible study listening to the different translations. I get so much out of Brian’s commentary, I love this community!

I found this podcast and had gotten in the habit of listening to it while doing chores. I started after the beginning of the year, but when I looked at the previous year it appeared they archived the episodes so I would still be able to continue listening even into 2022. I was wrong. Now I can only access back to October. So I’ve had to stop listening. I emailed DAB about the issue and received no response. So much for them wanting to spread the word. Very disappointed to be left out in the cold this way.

I have listened to Daily Audio Bible for several years now and have been blessed by the journey. Brian takes us through the entire Bible each year and reads it fresh every day. While I have known the Lord much longer than I have listened to this podcast, this journey has brought much clarity and conviction to my worldview, and that has affected every aspect of my life.

I love this podcast. One critique.. the background music is extremely distracting. I have single-sided deafness so the music competes with the spoken word and I don’t process everything being said as well. I realize I’m in the minority but just wanted to point this out. Thank you for all the work that goes into this. Much appreciated.

I have been looking for something like this a long time. I love listening to the Bible Daily and reminding myself of where my relationship with God is. But… Brian’s sermons at the end are like he’s getting paid by the word. Maybe he’s trying to get out of chores? I love how he explains and makes things relevant. However, sometimes it takes more than one listen to hear the entire podcast. Case in point, today he is still going on for over 20 mins with no end in sight. Point has been made, bro. Give more time to people calling in. If you can say it in 5, don’t go on for a 1/2 hr. You won’t have to cut people off in the middle of their prayer requests. Also kill the loons and water. Distracting. Sorry to be overly critical. Thank you for the devotion.

There are now a number of daily Bible readings available today but Brian Hardin has been doing this for almost 16 years. The DAB is quite an experience and is now a worldwide community of prayer warriors that really are committed to God first and to the DAB community. I found the DAB in 2010. What a difference it has made in my life!!! I haven’t listened EVERY SINGLE day but returning over and over has transformed me. Now I have serious Bible knowledge and there are new insights nearly every day. I see my life and the world around me quite differently than I did 11 years ago. Give it a shot. See what God will do!!

I listen each morning as Brian reads from the old and new testaments, on my commute into work. If you want to build a habit of filling your mind with God’s word, this is a great place to start each day. While you still need to read and meditate, this is a solid addition.

Tom does a fantastic job of reading the Bible aloud. One of my pet peeves is when people read the text monotonously…there is life in these pages! Read with some enthusiasm! ;) Tom does a really unique job of reading with both energy AND calm…I can’t quite put my finger on it. It’s so soothing without being boring. I also find his insights and prayers at the end to be really well articulated and encouraging while remaining surprisingly unbiased. I think people from all traditions would be uplifted.

In a time where there’s so much noise and chaos, Brian and the DAB bring it back to the foundation of Gods Word! No opinions, no thoughts, strictly scripture and the breathe filled word of God! It’s refreshing, thought provoking, supportive, and life changing.

This podcast is built so well. The mix of Old Testament, New Testament, psalms and proverbs everyday is a great structure. Brian’s voice is a perfect Bible reading tone, very relaxing and easy to follow along whether on a run, driving or just in a grassy field. There’s always a very cool community prayer part at the end which I don’t listen to everyday, but it always leaves a strong impact on me when I do. Brian also offers sort of mini sermons about a part of the daily reading most days of the week. My only improvement suggestion; do more Old Testament analysis! I think for myself , most Christians tend to know the most about the New Testament to start with, and so a big part of the DAB experience is finally learning Old Testament stuff. This tends to get overlooked, which can be tough especially when wading through prophetic books like Isaiah. Very difficult to understand what it all means without context. But overall love the app and amazed it’s been 16 years!

I thank God for the Daily Audio Bible. I started listening almost two years ago. I start virtually every day listening to this. God’s word anchors our days and lives. Although I have read the Bible multiple times, I gain something new from every single day’s reading.

An Old Testament, New Testament reading, a psalm and proverb each day. At the end Brian quickly makes the readings connect and be relevant. Give the Lord Almighty these 25 minutes a day and you’ll understand his word well.

I love this podcast I listen to it every night while I sleep and it help calm my nerves and let’s me sleep peaceful with gods word! 😁

The Living WORD whenever, wherever you want . . . Revolutionary!! After my husband's third head surgery, that left him with doublevision, finding DAB was a life saver. He's already been through the Bible three times this year. God Bless you DAB Family.

I am so glad I was guided to this. It is the perfect way to ease into learning about scripture, without getting overwhelmed. I also love how people support each other at the ending, the prayers and the prayer request, brings me to tears but helps me feel like I’m not alone ♥️🤍

In explaining freedom, I don’t think it is appropriate to list freedom from a closet full of masks that need to be worn in various public places. God has commanded us to love God and love people. If wearing a mask has even the potential to protect our neighbors (some of whom are more vulnerable than us or might come into contact with someone more vulnerable), why wouldn’t those of us called to love others be the first to sacrifice our own desires and personal liberties to protect others? Christ certainly gave himself sacrificially. For some, it is actually a matter of life or death. And as Christians we should be the ones choosing to value and protect life even if it causes us to have to sacrifice, like Christ would.
