I’m not sure why it took me so long to discover this podcast. Once I found it, I binged so many episodes in the first week. Insanely actionable podcast for anyone building or growing a SaaS company. 👍👍

I've really enjoyed following along as Ben and Derrick work on projects/businesses. Lots of value in this podcast, I'd say its a bit of a hidden gem in the bootstrapping world! Great work guys!

A great show for anyone trying to build their own product - cohosts Ben and Derrick discuss the challenges they face when it comes to everything in their product businesses in a very relatable and casual manner.

I am still catching up, but I love that the deep product dives, health goal setting, occasional rants, and switching back and forth between having jobs and being all alone and having to motivate yourself to move forward on a "side project".

This is probably the only podcast where I have listened to every episode from start to finish. Ben and Derrick have this effortless and organic way of getting straight to the heart of so many central questions at the intersection of software engineering and business. I highly recommend starting at episode one and listening in sequence. If you're a developer who has dreamed of starting your own gig (and possibliy quitting your day job), I can't think of a more real and actionable story to follow. They cut through a lot of the hype you hear most other places, and give a realisitic view into the ups and downs of the maker's journey. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

At the time I'm reviewing this most of the episodes are not interviews, but Derrick & Ben do an awesome job of discussing all the highs & lows throughout their product journeys. Super helpful and interesting to hear both the wins & roadblocks they encounter along the way.

Ben and Derrick have been great hosts since Giant Robots. It has always ben great to hear them talk as they grow their business, join a business then go back to startups. Can't wait for future episodes with the new companies. I have probably listened to them for 100 hours now.... at least it was during exercising.

Ben, Derrick and their guests provide some incredibly actionable and compelling content, spotlighting the absolute best practices and noteworthy trends tied to all things product. Highly recommend listening and subscribing to The Art of Product Podcast if you want the knowledge AND mindsets to effectively grow your product-based business (and reach all of your overall goals as a result)!

I followed these guys from Giant Robots and have not regretted it. It's been cool to hear about Ben's adventures as a solo entrepreneur and Derrick's evolution away from frontline coding and more into building his team & product. Top notch.

I can't imagine there's a better podcast centering around the ups and downs of running a very small tech startup. The hosts discuss the tech issues, the business issues and the emotional roller coaster of running a real business in a fun and transparent way.
