I’m a new listener lol but I can say I love the podcast. Mainly because I’m a Christian and it’s uplifting and helpful to listen to advice based on what God says.

    Best podcast!
I love listening to Debra Fileta. I first heard her on Focus on the Family. I read both of her books and now listen to her podcast. I also let others know so they can enjoy it as well. She has such a gift of getting to the real issues and helping people recognize it for themselves. And putting a Christian perspective on everything makes it that much better!

    Life CHANGING
This podcast has been like times of refreshing. The information, knowledge, insight is so liberating. As a man, husband, father I neglected my emotional, mental, and psychological health for years back I thought because I’m a born again believer all my issues would just leave. Being open and honest has changed my life. I’m so blessed to have come across Debra Fileta’s podcast and network of counselors. Me being healthy is vital for myself, my wife, our marriage and life together, my children, our bloodline.

So appreciated coming across this podcast. Debra provides such a non-threatening, safe space that allows people to gently unpack their emotions and feelings to get to the root of behaviors and wounds so that healing can begin. Just listening assisted me in some of my own processing. So glad to have found this and would absolutely recommend!!

I listen several times a day.
This podcast station has been so helpful for me, both in my Christen walk and in my mental, spiritual and physical walk too. Debra has the kindest voice and it’s honestly so easy to listen to her and her advice. She really is the kind of Woman mentioned in Proverbs!!!

    Disappointed in “Married Sex”
I’ve been a fan of Debra but never payed attention to her new book with Gary Thomas on “Married Sex” until looking more into the book and how problematic it is. I’m surprised she partnered with Gary on the book and they aren’t taking feedback from readers and listeners, particularly women who have been in abusive marriages. I believe there was one episode with Gary on Debra’s podcast I listened to during Covid that I felt uncomfortable with. Please listen to women and how these teachings have harmed them.

    Encouraging and Inspiring
I was adopted as a child, an orphan! So there have been so many patterns in my life over the years in relationships, jobs and life itself so my friend encouraged me to listen to Debra and so far her episodes have helped me understand

    Stop the constant reactions
I have only listened to half of one episode (the Jeremy Camp) episode, and I like the story and her input, but the verbal noises (exhaling, etc.) the host makes because she is reacting to the guest’s comments is not easy to listen to. She says “right” and “yeah” too much. She would do better to let the guest just tell their story and limit her reactions. It’s distracting and very annoying.

    Encouraging
Great podcast that is packed full of advice and encouragement for all stages of life. Debra is a wonderful women who speaks truth and light into a very messy relationship world. Her newer focus on mental health, which may not seem relationship based, is so helpful to making my relationships better as I notice how broken and needing God’s work in me and in return seeing how others are broken and needing God.

    Such a great podcast
I found this podcast about a year ago. I love her voice and how you can tell she really cares about who she’s talking to. The information and teaching is exactly what I have needed as I am walking through this life with The Lord. If you want to be encouraged and challenged to go deeper and do the hard work of healing listen to this podcast you will not be sorry. Debra’s podcast feels to me like I’m sitting in a counseling session I always feel so much better after listening to this. Keep up the good work!!

    Breath of Fresh Air!!!
I just found this podcast and have binge listened to at least 10 episodes in the past week. As an “older” Christian single who just started online dating, this podcast discusses so many relevant relationship topics from a practical, Biblical point of view and I couldn’t be more grateful. Important things that I have never heard Christians or churches discuss. I feel validated, encouraged and it’s given me relevant advice to think and pray about. I’d recommend this to anyone and everyone. Incredible!

    Just found!
Just found this podcast! Such a a great encouragement during this time of singleness.
  • Celean758
    Recommended and Didn’t Disappoint!
I have only listened to 2 podcasts so far, and I absolutely love it! I have listened to other podcasts on Christian dating, so there’s the temptation to think this will say the same things. It does not! Debra has a unique perspective that helps fill in gaps that other podcasts do not, and this encourages me to look for other podcasts like this. She does not shy away from the hard questions and hard answers like sex, libido, divorce, healing and responsibility. She will challenge you, but if you listen and take this stuff to heart, you will be all the better for it.
  • Millennial Shout
    Go-to podcast for young professionals
Debra Fileta was my go-zero podcast during my relationship and now being single, it’s still my go-to. Which goes to show what you learn during a relationship can also be immensely helpful during singleness as well. Yes they’re different seasons of life and times. However, you can still learn about singleness or dating no matter where you fall. I very much have appreciate the last two podcasts with Chad Johnson and giving his shpeal from a males perspective to a woman’s. And I have to agree that we women do not feel more than me, we women are just more in tune to our feelings. We both feel the same but men rarely are in tune to their feelings and I couldn’t agree more with that. So good. Loved the conversation from both sides. It’s eye-opening and just over all encouraging. Debra was an inspiration as to why I just started my podcast, to share the knowledge and wisdom that I have to offer, just like she does. Keep up the great work!!! Long-term listener for sure.

    Best Christian relationship podcasts
I listen to Debra each week and learn something every time. This isn’t just a podcast for singles, but for all Christians. Because we are all in relationships. Because Debra is a licensed counselor, I can trust her information is backed by science and rooted in Christianity. I highly recommend you check it out.
  • WC SHM
    Hi from Los Angeles, CA
Debra shares Biblical truth regarding relationships, along with important relationship information from a psychological point of view. Her life as a follower of Jesus and her work as a professional, licensed therapist gives her much insight into relationships, dating, marriage, etc. As a Christian single, I have a lot of respect for her and for how she just seems to “get it,” when it comes to understanding what we, as Christian singles, go through. Whether it be about dating, relationship advice, finding the right marriage partner or other topics relevant to Christian singles, I really feel like I connect with what she talks about. And, as a guest on one of her first podcasts, it was really cool meeting her and her husband at her event this past August 2019 at Saddleback Church! So, thank you, Debra, for all you do for us Christian singles! It’s very much appreciated!
