    I am 51. I have battled anxiety since my 20’s. I am self employed and always have been able to function, just not to the ability I am capable of. Different times of my life anxiety has closed in tighter..... affecting travel, meetings, and overall function in business. Some years have been better than others. I have been in counseling, on different medications and through a lot of “self medicating”. (Aka..alcoholism) I have been sober for 12 years now and still have my bouts with anxiety. I listened to the first pod cast and I love it. Thank you for sharing. What you say makes sense and I have not heard it explained that way through many sessions of counseling and self help books. I very excited to put my head phones on, find a quiet place and listen to more. I don’t feel so alone today! TJ

    Vikki has honestly helped me reshaped my mind. When I get into relationships and going through a rough patch I tend to over think and put scenarios in my mind. However vikki has helped me focus on myself and be able to make decisions for myself. Her short, straight to the point podcast! Are great for morning motivation and food for thought when you’re going through a phase, just like myself, of finding yourself and your voice!

    I’ve been really enjoying these brief sessions while out walking and sometimes biking. Today I was ruminating on the decision to take my relationship further...cohabitation/marriage which gives me anxiety thinking of failing. (I’ve been married 2x). I’ve been focusing on what’s not working. I listened to podcast #13 “what if it was supposed to be fun”. Wow. Great advice, and I can see how it’s going to change my life. Thanks Vikki!

    I listen to one episode every 1 or 2 days when I walk my dog. Out of all the podcasts I have listened to, I have stuck with this one the most because of the tips and tricks to deal with common problems (anxiety, stress, guilt, etc) in such short episodes! I also love Vickie’s voice, diction and perspective on life! I have shared this with many of my friends and would recommend this podcast to anyone.
