Khall2446Feel like they’ve invited you into their best friendshipI have to say I was sad when they took a break for the summer but am ecstatic they are back! Listening to Tasha and Tia is like being allowed into one of the “best friend conversations “. They are hilarious, very spot on with day to day life in keeping your home and SO honest. I personally started using my Alexa so much more after their tips and tricks. If you’re not listening to this podcast you are missing a true gem.

Annita KingsLoved episode 49 especiallyThanks for sharing your very personal journeys, emotions, discussions with spouses and even financial considerations from your house hunting. It was very relatable and an interesting topic.

realRNwanna be DIY'rWHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE!!!!Back story- 1- I seldom use of all caps and “”!’s”, (and am secretly very judgmental when people over use them) BUT YOU GET THEM ALL!!! Lol 2- I have never left a rating or review on any podcast- your getting both! I love you guys. It’s like your sitting here with me. Love love love. So excited to find “my Podcast”! My long lost sisters, keep it all coming. I was listening to you as I put up my vinyl backsplash. Thanx for the encouragement. Please please please.
-
JacstormySo. Freaking. Funny. And helpful! This is my favorite decor podcast. I laugh out loud every episode and the content has motivated me to tackle some home projects (finally!!!). I just painted my backsplash using their online instructions and I would’ve lived with the ugly if it weren’t for Tasha’s encouragement and Thea’s real-ness. (I’m a Thea, so if she can do it, I can do it!) Keep it coming, ladies!

ksmith333New favorite!I discovered this podcast recently and it’s already become my new favorite! Tasha and Thea are great hosts and they both sound like they’re having a great time throughout the show. I loved the episode on why home matter so much, and their smart home episode inspired me to order one so I can try their tips. Thank you both for sharing your conversations with the world!

Mv50Best decorating (& more!) podcast! This is my go-to podcast when I want to learn. These 2 are The Most Likable People out there in podcast-land (Tasha & Thea), their knowledge chemistry & sensibilities cannot be topped and they are NOT annoying or offensive or even slightly ignorant One Bit, EVER (I unfortunately cannot say the same for too many others in their field). They’re so knowledgeable, host a great variety of guests who share their knowledge about their specialties, and I just love them. I’m new to home decorating- I’ve tried ‘my way’ the past 35 yrs and that’s just not cutting it anymore.

Betsy_L_78I LOVE this podcast!I’m fairly new to podcasts that you are supposed to listen to for fun and inspiration. (I mostly listen to news and interview podcasts from NPR.) But I just discovered Colorful Conversations. I love getting inspired while trying to figure out ways to make my home and my family life more enjoyable, liveable and organized - while laughing in the process. Having been given a few recommendations of other home decor type podcasts, I hadn’t found one I liked - maybe because I couldn’t relate to the hosts. (Plus, they weren’t nearly as funny!) I grew up and live just outside of Boston but went to college in Virginia, and hearing these funny ladies just brings back good memories. Tasha and Thea not only have great tips but as a mom of a 7 year-old and twin 5 year-olds, I can really relate to them (especially Thea!). They aren’t afraid to admit that life is messy and that sometimes it’s OK to at least accept the messiness - before attempting to clean it up! Plus, they make me laugh out loud! I love when they go off on tangents and laugh at each other’s jokes - they’re just so genuine. It’s such a pleasure to listen to them while I do mundane but necessary stuff around the house like going through my kids’ ubiquitous artwork, folding laundry, and just tidying up! To answer your question about what is northerners do in the summer, we are lucky enough to spend chunks of time in Vermont with my mom at our family place, where we have a brook and we’re 5 minutes from countless hikes and swimming holes. But in the city there are TONS of splash pads and pools where kids go to cool off! Plus, the beach isn’t too far away. Thanks for reading!

MacaMariaPodcast PerfectionLet me start this review off by saying I love how each crazy username makes you guys giggle, I had to go check and see what mine was just for kicks. Don’t ask where it came from, I think my first pick was taken LOL! Now, on to the review!! Tasha and Thea are so easy and fun to listen to. I went down the slippery slope of obsession when Tasha’s DIAB ads popped up on my Facebook. Click to purchase, found on Instagram, saw they had a podcast, and now my life is brighter and more fun because of everything that cascaded from that one click. I could listen to HOURS of these two ladies chat about ANYTHING. It’s such a relaxed and fun space to be during a drive or at the end of a stressful day. There hasn’t been a single episode that didn’t make me belly laugh. They have conversations so similar to myself and one of my girlfriends. Ashley is the Tasha to my Thea and I think that’s why I love them so much. I’ll be sad when I’ve caught up on every episode, but I know listening to them all over again will be just as enjoyable. Thank you ladies for providing useful tips and tricks but even more, for making it feel like I’m having a fun chat with a couple of good friends. The smiles you’re putting on our faces are unmatched.

Mlwinn77It’s like hanging with friendsOn my way to work it was like having my two friends in the car. I found myself talking to them! 😂 some great cozy tips for my home but really just a fun easy listening podcast.

SaraP_805Highly RecommendedI’m a new listener to Colorful Conversations and I’ve been binge listening to episodes while I work from home. I have learned so many useful hacks in all things home organization and DIY. It has inspired me to tackle more projects so I can love my home.

honeys iphoneInformative, and fun!!Y’all. If there ever was a podcast to kick your butt into high gear, to decorate and organize your house, in the most non-stressful way, this is it! These two ladies are a hoot to listen to, as they give advice on how to roll with the punches on projects (Thea’s style), yet organize your ideas to actually get it done (Tasha’s style)! So much fun to listen to. I actually binge listened to their podcast last spring when I found them, then panicked, when I didn’t hear from them all summer, contacting them to make sure they were coming back! LOL. This podcast is so light hearted, and fun, yet professional at the same time. Thea is the ying, to Tasha’s yang! Check them out, you won’t regret it!!
-
BAH122010Hilarious duo!I love your show! Great designing advice and comic relief! You guys are hilarious!
-
RedCrvetteLoveJust listened to the drop zone episode! Thank you for seeing my family. We are droppers, a trail just follows wherever we go! It drives me crazy, so finding a system to minimize it and work with us will be key!

LainaL5Laugh out loudI have been sweeping through the entire catalog of this podcast and have found it wildly helpful as I decorate my home. But honestly, episode 10. 30. about pandemic burnout has had me laughing so hard that I’ve been relistening to it. All of the pandemic crazy kid stuff is hitting too close to home. It’s also hilarious. You could laugh or cry. Today I’m choosing laughter. My favorite phrase from this ep is “I was feeling stabby.” I also love “sweet baby angels.”

TarksharkFeels like hanging with your best friendsI have been following Tasha on Instagram for a long time and am completely inspired by her design process, honesty, humor and colorful style. I was so happy to find this podcast!! I love the different viewpoints that Thea and Tasha have and it’s so fun to be able to listen to the ways that they approach life. As someone who falls somewhere between them on the Type A/type B spectrum I identify with each of them in different ways and learn so much! Im looking at my home projects in a whole new way with such a different organizational approach! I’ve been recommending this podcast to all of my friends- 5 stars!
-
QwertyuippadfhjllzcxcbThank you for your help.Wow! I love this podcast. Not only is it funny and entertaining, but I’ve learn real tips on how to transform my home. Because of Colorful Conversations I no longer waste money on items I THINK will transform my home, but put a visual plan together that I KNOW will work.

Amanda-Andrews-311Inspiration to not settle for less!As a mom of 2 little boys who works full time and struggles to keep my nose above water, this podcast has been such a source of inspiration! I listen on my way to and from work, since that’s the only time I have to myself...ever. I love the humor, approachability, and reality that each podcast contains. I have become inspired to get my home, budget, and very existence more organized and efficient, so that I can show my kiddos that living in a clean, beautiful, and well-managed home is possible. Thank you, ladies! FYI the Rosemarie Groner episode was the first one I listened to, and it spoke to my soul!!!
-
ANA00057We need more of Tasha and Thea!!!I’m not joking when I tell you I started at the beginning and listened to these two women straight through all their podcast seasons!!! Yes they give great tips and insight into home reno and design, but more than that you just sit back and listen to some good friends chitty chat away! I’ve loved following Tasha on Instagram and now I love the podcast. Y’all, this is something special. Thank you!
-
Babybee MaggieLike having super good girlfriends to chat with!I love this podcast. The cabinet painting episode changed my life (unfortunately about 6 months after I painted my entire kitchen). It’s like having some good southern girlfriends to listen to and chat with, and I always look forward to the next episode!

@whimsystewAbsolutely 💕I absolutely love this podcast. I find myself talking out loud like I’m in the room (well closet) 😉with this gals. I tend to hoard a few weeks of episodes and listen while I’m cleaning. It make the time and me work faster. I see some of each of them in me and I always learn a new trick or tip. 💕💕💕 Keep them coming. oh I’m with Thea I’m a in-store shopper. I like to peruse the isles and check out what they have. It does save time for the fact when I or somebody needs something I know right where to go and sometimes get better deals in-store. 😂
-
nyla66So informativeI just found y’all and love this podcast - wish there were more than 5 stars!!!! I listened all day while painting my mud room. Y’all are so easy to listen to yet provide clear & concise information plus humor.
-
hallmartSo Much Fun!This podcast is so much fun to listen to. Lots of excellent tips and the banter between Tasha & Thea makes it all even more fun. Recently listened to an episode on Life Hacks where they were talking about Alexa tips...my Alexa kept responding! Had me laughing. I really enjoy the practical advice and the way they acknowledge their different approaches. We aren’t all the same!

Tori_StansberryTOP SHOPPING SECRETSLOVE the dynamic between you two ladies! One of my favorite podcast to listen to while I’m creating in my garage or craft room. I am definitely one of those people that y’all talked about buying items before you really have a plan for them, everything usually ends up on the floor of my craft room until I decide a spot for it. I have learned so much about myself, as well as ideas from listening to the podcast It’s funny bc my personally is a mixture of you both, I am definitely type A, OCD yet Im like Tia in the sense I have NO time management except for in the shower with my “every shower regimen” lol. Ya’ll had mentioned using Rakuten as well as searching for coupons before checking out so I wanted to mention a few other options for saving money online. Earny & Honey are also Chrome extensions & you can earn cash back from Earny but Honey will search for the best savings for you so you don’t have to do any of the work, Honey does it all. Sorry this review is so long but I talk a lot & long winded so it’s just what it has to be😂 Thanks again for a great podcast & look forward to continuing to learn. Tori

Sanchez MamaSo Refreshing and Fun!I have a seriously impressionable ear, and since I discovered this podcast I have been ‘y’all’ing all over my house and to all my kids 😂 I LOVE listening to Tia and Tasha! The hilarious back and forth, the super helpful tips and ideas, and the variety of topics are a blast! This way I can laugh like a nerd AND get awesome ideas while I do my dishes at night. Thanks, ladies
-
alittlebitcrazy687Smiling so hard...Oh, man - there are just not enough words to tell you how much I love this podcast! While I AM a DIYer and love me a good home project, this podcast offers so much value beyond its practical and useful advice for home projects. Tasha and Tia are both a breath of fresh air, and this podcast makes me smile so hard when I listen to it.
-
ehampton9Love, Love, LOVETasha and Thea ore hilarious. I laugh out loud! Such a fun, informative, and inspiring podcast.
-
Maks me giggle :DMakes me giggleThese girls put a smile on my face and make me giggle like I am sitting right there with them hanging out...(in the closet ;) I have tried many podcasts but I don’t hang around many of them as I don’t feel like they are relatable to me and my life. And I am a type A and it’s so refreshing to have both points of view about decor and all the other life things that they cover. Keep it up ladies, and thanks for sharing your Colorful life with us.
-
blueskies&sunshineHilariously & helpful!!This is the first time I have paused a podcast to write a review! I am listening to your great life hacks episode, and my stomach hurts from laughing so much 😂 Such fun conversations between two great friends and awesome content! Thanks! Love the podcast!!
-
HeyErinRaeCame for the painting tips, stayed for the comedyI’ve been following Tasha on Instagram for awhile and love the actionable inspiration she provides for creating an amazing home, even if I’m not quite as daring with color! This podcast is an extension of that, with the addition of Thea, who is the opposite of Tasha in so many ways and also hilarious. This is genuinely the only home podcast I’ve ever laughed out loud at - and yet it’s filled with useful information, too. Highly recommend!
-
Mrs.Chef29Always Useful Tips!I love listening to these ladies! Every episode I come away with something to implement in my own life. Genius tips and tricks. I also enjoy the friendship that they have. They show how two very different people can support each other living their best life. ❤️

-
J10aB12Fantastic podcastLove this podcast! Good tips, with a great conversational vibe. Thea makes me laugh at loud and I love Tasha’s passion for what she does.
-
SrtaluciagJust amazing! The content of this show is so great! I wish I had known about it and Tasha’s blog sooner—it would’ve been a dream for our last house where we plunged head-first into all things DIY. But I’m enjoying listening to previous episodes so much! Both hosts offer tons of witty banter, along with crazy helpful ideas for home improvement.
-
sahcatmomSuch great motivation!I’m loving this podcast and the binder so much. I’m that person who buys things that will just “do” because they’re less expensive or available without much effort. Then I end up not liking the rooms they’re in but don’t want to change them because I already spent a little money on them. I’m finally creating a plan for the rooms that need help and waiting to purchase anything other than my critical elements until I find just the right things at the right price. Being able to listen to the podcast while I paint and craft is so fun and a great use of my time!
-
AubriGayleGoodyThe vet BEST!I could listen to this podcast all day. I’ve never felt more confident to jump into projects and think outside of the box. They continue to inspire with each episode! Can’t wait for more. They actually make me open minded to buying home that aesthetically isn’t my favorite because I feel like I could transform it!
-
Cooking1954Podcast that has changed my homeI have been following Tasha for over a year - gone to summits (last year and this year) and so happy in all the individuals she has had on her podcast or home Projects, decor, paint, how to’s she has shared on Instagram and Facebook has taken me out of my comfort Zone. I am making my house a home that reflects who I am.
-
Matilda & JoHelps me see my potentialI did not grow up in a home that was well taken care of. There were a bunch of kids and it was super chaotic, making it look nice (or presentable) wasn’t really on anyone’s radar. As an adult, having a calming home is really important to me and ive turned to designers online to teach me. Tasha’s podcast and Instagram help me be so much more confident in my abilities and see my potential to have a beautiful, welcoming home for me and my family—and that it doesn’t have to be terrifying or overwhelming. It feels attainable and I’ve made so much progress!
-
SeattleUser19283746Great motivation and invest your time to listen!!I listening to you all! I have so many things to listen to and you sound great at 1.5 speed...which means I can listen to more episodes faster.

-
Girlay girlllWonderful PodcastI love following Tasha on Instagram and reading the blog, but the podcast is so great because I can listen and get motivated to make my house beautiful *while* I’m working and getting other stuff done! I certainly wouldn’t have made the time or room in my budget to make my home as beautiful as it is without this podcast. :) Thank you, Tasha & Thea!
-
