This is one of my very favorite music podcasts because each episode enhances my appreciation for piano masterpieces and gives me ideas about pieces that I might like to study.

I’ve been out of school for almost a decade (BMU piano performance). I needed some inspiration for deepening my practice and getting back into the rep. Before listening to this podcast, I was not interested in playing Chopin nocturnes. I preferred to practice the more technically flashy études, polonaises and ballades. But this podcast explained them in such an interesting way that I dug out my old piano books and have started to play them, especially the ones in minor keys.
