I have never written a podcast review, but after listening to 20 of Jennifer’s podcasts I felt I had to break that pattern. I have been in real estate for 5 years, but have been on a roller coaster the entire time. I take care of my two kids (4 and 2.5) and am constantly busy and saying that “I don’t have time to be consistent.” From this podcast, I am learning that I have to change my mindset, retrain my brain, and just do the work that I know needs to be done. I love her focus on content creation as lead generation and it is changing the way I plan and implement my business. I can’t thank you enough for taking your time to put these podcasts together!

I found this podcast last week and have been listening to episode after episode ever since. I’m a new agent without a lot of help to figure things out so I’m on my own. Jen’s podcast has been so helpful for her. Her advice is straightforward, direct, in-depth, and tactical so I’m able to apply it to my business immediately. I’m so thankful that I found her!

I hate podcasts that are only meant to sell something else…coaching, a book, a method. I also hate a podcast that is hyper with YOU HAVE TO DO THIS NOW or YOU AREN'T SUCCEEDING IF YOU AREN'T MAKING MILLIONS! This podcast is easy to listen to, doesn’t make me freak out, and reminds me that this is my business to do my way. Thank you for this advice…it’s helped me immensely!

I started listening in January (2024) and I just finished listening to all the episode and now I’m sad I have to wait for more!! I’ve read some books with old school methods that made me so uncomfortable, it almost talked me out of getting my license. Thank god I found Women Rocking Real Estate!! I’m in the process of getting my real estate salesperson license and this has been SO motivating and helpful. 100/10.

When I got my real estate license, I was looking for a female led real estate podcast and come across yours. I started from the beginning and I’m currently on the last episode of 2022. I don’t listen to music anymore, I listen to your podcast whenever I’m in the car driving or doing work around the house. I’m going to be sad when I’m all caught up and can’t binge listen anymore LOL. I tell my team leads about the insights and knowledge I learn and some of it is new to them too! Whenever I feel stuck in a rut, I listen to this podcast to pump myself up. I’m a new agent and coming into this industry is pretty daunting but Jen makes me feel like it’s a challenge I’m totally capable of taking on and succeeding. Sometimes it’s not about what you want to hear and about what you need to hear and I definitely get that from this podcast. As a realtor, it can be so easy to try to take everybody’s advice, but only some advice is worth listening to, especially this podcast!

I just listed to the “BAD advice…” episode, and as a new agent, that was so helpful! I am going on my third year in business, and it is so overwhelming to hear all of these tips that I “need” to do. But hearing that I really need to focus on particular ideas, versus doing all the things is so much of a relief. I love listening to Jens episodes while I’m in the car driving. I like to save my favorites and re-listen at home or in the office and take notes. I’ve been listening to a bunch of different podcast but this one is by far my favorite and I usually stop the other ones early to go back in Jen’s.

I started at the end and worked my way to the beginning. After 2 weeks of listening, I only have 7 episodes left. Thank you for your inspiring content. I’m balancing having a child with special needs with being a full time agent.

This is a cut throat business obviously. It’s hard to make friends as a new agent and I’ve been an agent going on 5 years now. Sometimes I just wanted to pick other agents brains or ask questions. Thank you for being honest, sincere, genuine, funny, and raw about real estate life. At times I feel like a blind kitten poking my nose everywhere, because I am trying to learn as much information as possible and it’s not always openly available. You talk about stuff that a lot of agents in real life don’t bring up.
