schmuel1971Great show!!Late to the podcast but catching up. Listened to corporate greed and it should be a state of the union address! It’s 2024 and it still holds true. Enjoy the direct, no apology attitude!
-
A guy in ArizonaAn Arizona Paramedic’s opinionHave actually met this guy in person. He’s an excellent teacher. Particularly enjoyed the intubation episode.
-

Johnny_Pants_69Good podcastPretty neat

Ryan the medicGetting a little negativeUse to listen to informative, educational content from him. Now it’s starting to sound like they gave the angry burnt out guy at work a platform.
-
KTOC17Terrible PodcastEpisode included commentary on things that he literally says “I don’t even know what that means” - maybe spend a minute to google something before giving your opinion? Looks like most of these reviews are from the guests on his podcast - I.e. his friends/co-workers. This is basically a rant podcast from someone who probably thinks too highly of themselves. SOOO many better EMS podcasts out there - Lighthouse, MedicMindset, etc.

ElliptorOutstanding!I’m a med mal lawyer and EMT-B in Texas. Your podcast is informative, insightful, and a joy to listen to!
-
Weston (Utah)Best Pod.This is perfect for me as a new medic. It’s nice to listen to someone that thinks like me. And I quote “I don’t really care about that” just fits me so well.
-
blue.eyed.redhead99LOVE IT!As a new medic, I am still trying to learn and he makes things easy to understand! I love the humor as well. He inspires me to keep learning and not be a slug for sure!
-
ZaquackJust amazingAs critical care paramedics, my partner and I look forward to our long return trips so we can listen on the way. It stimulates some really good discussions and has led to progressive protocol changes as our medical director is awesome. 10/10 would do again.

yert! How are there only 28 ratings!?This is a GEM of a podcast, and is a needle in a haystack. Why haven’t more people heard of this podcast?! Why are there not 5k ratings if 5 stars yet?! All great questions, but the bottom line is: Mike tells you how EMS *actually* works. The information presented is spot-on, the knowledge he has is superior and underrated, and the farce scenarios (both real and fiction) will keep anyone hanging on his next words. Mike, keep up the antics and thank you for your great work on this pod. 🤙🏼
-
IrSatchmoEMS at its best!I truly appreciate the raw honesty on this podcast.
-
AJR 123321PertinentMike breaks it down and tends to be imminently practical. If you’re looking for a window into EMS, a non PC intro to EM, or an extraordinarily fun conversation about critical care concepts, you’ve landed at the right podcast. The “further reading” of resources and connections he offers behind his claims validates a progressive style and attitude that has been clearly formed by years of experience. All in all: highly recommended.
-
nremtp304Terrific podcast for EMSTerrific podcast. Enjoy the information. Shared the episode withyour work partner on to my Facebook page. Lotta information there for my EMT students. Keep up the good work!
-
DEfiremanGreat podcast for new and experienced medics alikeMike does an excellent job of going into the right amount of detail and simple explanations for great topics. Mike has clearly had a good depth and breadth of EMS experiences throughout his career making his mindset on treatments, assessments and hot topics very worth taking note of.
-
HoTsHeLLzAwesomeGreat podcast that is easy to listen to. Mike really does a good job of making the topics relevant and informative. Shoots it straight and doesn’t try to puff his chest out with the information he relays.
-
