KristinvswI no longer dread the scaleI’ve been a long time listener and finally did the “fit girl fall”. Lauren really helped me heal my relationship with the scale (realize it is just one measure and does not define who I am) and by just listening here I lost over 10 lbs. then after joining fit girl fall I lost another 7. I no longer need to track but know the tools and strategies to keep the weight off. I put on some of my “skinny” shorts and was shocked how they fit just right! I keep listening for all the tips and reminders as I go on my hot girls walks. Thank you, Lauren and the TSN team!

Happier than happy 😃Highly recommend!!!!!!I had a bad relationship with food but after listening to a few episodes of Lauren talk I really changed how I think about food. Now a month later I gained some weight ( I was underweight) and I’m still skinny which I had trouble with in the past.( Congratulations on your baby being 7 months old!!!😁)

FP2 I LOVE IT!Practical and actually helpful.I only found Lauren a few months ago when looking for info on maintenance but I am loving her podcast. I’ve gone back and listened to most of her older episodes too! Her tips are very practical, actually helpful, and supportive of healthy weight loss. She does a great job of providing good information/tips for weight loss without any suggestion of restriction or unhealthy habits. Please don’t stop doing this, Lauren!

Kaitlin08Thank you! 26 pounds down!Lauren and her Hot & Healthy podcast and program is the best thing I’ve ever found! I cannot give this podcast enough stars because of how helpful it’s been! I’ve been a long time listener of the podcast and follower on Instagram, I’d incorporate her program a little here and there, but I was definitely learning a lot throughout that time. Then I joined the membership program back in June and it was so helpful having the accountability and resources, I lost over 15 pounds while being in the membership! I stopped the subscription due to financial reasons but have continued to implement all that I learned and have now lost over 26 pounds in just under 6 months! Highly recommend Lauren and the podcast and her program! She’s so real and wants all women to be healthy and feel amazing in their bodies! And she teaches us how to do it in sustainable and fun ways!

It is not a way to eat just to lose weight, it’s a way to eat for a healthy fit body. She is so upbeat and not preachy, just encouraging and understanding of how hard it can be.

A travel enthusiastLost 20 lbs following this advice!Best podcast on nutrition! I have learned so much and lost weight WITHOUT the mental struggle and shame that other “nutrition” theories often add. I have struggled some with body dysmorphia and some ED symptoms in the past but I lost this weight and kept my mind healthy too. Lauren keeps it real but never makes anyone feel like they can’t live life while losing fat. Listen to this podcast!!!

Macie NWhy always hating on orange theory?I love this podcast but I need to ask why are you always hating on orange theory? In the episode with Camielle, it wasn’t the Orangetheory workout she was doing she said she wasn’t getting enough protein in and restricting which lead her to make bad food choices. You turned it around and said it was because she was going to orange theory everyday.

OH Mama2Thanks from a mid-sized mommaHi Lauren! I found your podcast after a friend of mine sent me a reel from IG with a Starbucks hack after I was complaining about how terrible it was. I literally can’t stop listening to your episodes. First of, they are hilarious and have a fun spirit about them. There’s no shaming or making you feel bad for wanting to lose body fat. In fact, you make it very clear about the science behind fat loss and how to do it. I feel like I’m the IG, YouTube, Podcast space, there’s this negativity around women who want to lose weight and that we should all eat intuitively and love our bodies the way they are. But the reality is that our bodies go through so many changes in our lifetime (hello two babies in two years :)) and there may be periods where we want or need to lose some weight so we can achieve whatever goals in life we may have. Thank you for actually providing real, actionable steps for this and making it fun in the process.

With 60ish pounds to lose, I didn’t know what to do. I mean, I knew the basics, but lacked the motivation since my goal seemed so far away. I’m so glad that Lauren entered my world.
