Nowhere, On Air

37
Drama #215

Semi-late night community radio broadcasts from a strange little town in the Crowsnest Pass, Alberta (aka, not just the middle of nowhere, but nowhere itself). Nothing ever happens here. Certainly nothing weird. Why would you even suggest that? Listen close. Don't wander off. It's a long way to get where you're going. Especially out here.

    Don’t love it anymore
I loved how original and fun this podcast started out, but the newer episodes have such bad acting and the constant singing gives me second hand embarrassment. It isn’t anywhere near as scary as I thought it would have ended up either.

    Welcome to Nightvale ?
I love this podcast a lot and the way it is written but it seems like a very close version of the podcast. The narration, the events, the concepts. Cool show, seems a little close to WTNV though

    Otherworldly Affirmations
My favorite thing about Nowhere On Air is how it is able to stay bizarre and funny while constantly delving into poetic affirmations and musings about the human condition. Hard to explain, but what you want underneath most podcasts is some kind of connection and Nowhere On Air wears its heart on its sleeve in an increasingly unemotional world!

She is amazing, good contact but….
The male actor that starts showing up more and more can’t act to saved his life. Her natural narration and excellent writing are so good that his work stands out as a bad contrast.

    don't touch that dial
Small town radio program with great stories and interludes, a creative mix of funny and strange. You won't want to stop listening

    Nowhere is going somewhere.
The small town something is not right feel is present in this show and used to great effect. Music choice is on point too.

    Such mood! Very beautiful!
We absolutely love this show! Jess has such a captivating voice and we love the surreal and strange vibe of this podcast. We can't tell you how much we want to visit Crowsnest Pass, Alberta! But we aren't sure that is the take-away here. Haha. -The Call of the Void Team

    Really good so far
Really interesting podcast. Reminded me of Welcome to Nightvale and King Falls AM. Love the narration and story telling. It feels like a small southern town with a whole lot of paranormal going on. All in all, really good and well produced.

    ✨Nowhere - But In My Heart ❤️
This is the kind of podcast that got me hooked on the medium in the first place. Original & unique; imaginative as all get-out; and surreal in the very best way ... in fact “Nowhere On Air” makes me want to go around knocking on my neighbors doors, to show it to them, and then let them know how much more fun and interesting their lives will be if they started listening to it.

    Wonderful
This fiction podcast is wonderful. It has a great voice, great pacing, great sound design, and wonderful production. I definitely recommend this! It’s relaxing even though it’s creepy.
