Gifted Unleashed

Do you suffer from imposter syndrome? Have you been called „too much“, „too intense“ „too sensitive“? Do you just hate inequality? Do you have difficulties finding your career path because you are a multi potential person who has a 1000 ideas and 500 projects... all at the same time? Do you have a weird evolved sense of humor? Do you suffer from dyslexia but are fast at grasping new concepts? Do you have a hard time fitting in and sometime feel like a minority of one? Well you are not alone! This is why I am here. I felt the urge and need to have a place to collect all the interesting stories, concepts and ideas which inspired me over the last couple of years. But more importantly, I stumbled across a very interesting and surprising finding! It might help you realize that what you‘ve always thought what is „wrong“ with you, is actually what is right with you! Together we will explore the topic of giftedness, neurodiversity and twice-exceptionality (2e). You do not need an IQ test to listen but an open mind and a natural portion of curiosity. Welcome to Gifted Unleashed, the Podcast for Gifted and 2e Adults. (Formerly known as Unleash Monday)

    Incredibly helpful resource
When you first dive into the subject, it feels like resources and information about giftedness is limited—and it’s described as either a superior thing, or a disability. Unleash Monday describes it like it is, and the information included—the questions asked/answered, the people interviewed, the notes/links provided… it’s just a delight to listen to, and life changingly helpful.

    Thank you, Nadja!
I found out I was gifted 6 months ago at the age of 35 and it has changed everything about my life. In typical gifted fashion, I went on a hunt for all the information I could find on the topic but sadly, resources on gifted adults—especially women—are few and far between. I recently stumbled across this podcast and through her conversations with experts, the questions about giftedness I couldn’t find online are finally being answered! I even found my perfect therapist as a result of this podcast. Nadja is so authentic and it’s refreshing to relate to someone who is working her way through this new discovery like I am. Thank you, Nadja!! Please keep posting! Gifted women need this!

    Totally recommended!
This Podcast has changed my life, as I listened to each episode I could feel more identified with the experiences of the people Nadja interviewed. Honestly it is the first time I hear about the concept of gifted adults and I have discovered that it is very likely that I am one of them. Thank you Nadja for opening the door to a whole new world, I have learned a lot about this topic, your discussions have helped me to understand myself better and I always look forward to each of your episodes❤️.

    Neurodiverse Fellow Traveler
I greatly appreciate this podcast for its unique approach to learning about Neurodiversity through the humble, thoughtful, inclusive and gifted voice of Nadja and her guests. Each week I’ve learned a new aspect of gifted identity and ways to support and validate my experience and understand myself and fellow neurodiverse friends and family much better. It’s a beautiful journey that needs more light and destigmatizing in society. I’m hoping more gifted folks like myself will feel a sense of belonging and empowerment listening to this show. Fantastic in its value and compassionate approach to this complex topic. Much gratitude towards Nadja!

    Unfolding perspectives on Giftedness
With her late discovery of, and interest in, her gifted status, Nadja brings a fresh perspective to giftedness which nonetheless is well contextualized by her lived experience. She has already brought on big names such as Jennifer Harvey Sallin, but it helps that she is also interviewing a wide range of female gifted voices, and as the podcast develops, I look forward to her interviews with people from even more countries and from other backgrounds. Her enthusiasm is catchy, her care for other gifted people is profound, and her interest in the broadness of many gifted experiences is ideal, and so may your experience of this show also be!
