I am very liberal and I would probably disagree with all the guys political views, but they are great people. I love the podcast and it’s super entertaining and also I learn about history. Love the guests, HLC is what brought me to this and I do not regret it.

been watching these guys & a lot of the youtube guests they have on individually for years. found out they did a podcast & i can’t express how much i enjoy every single episode i watch!! Nick & Eli are a bit new to me, but it’s surprising how much i’ve actually seen Eli in other people’s videos or just on the internet in general LOL. this podcast along with SRS hosted by Shawn Ryan & Nick’s TFE / TFF channels are my all time go-to’s from this community to put on at work. can’t reccomend this show enough if u like that dark enlisted humor mixed in with real world topics & issues. they’ve been branching out significantly with a lot more variety in hosts so even if military talk isn’t ur thing, there still might be other aspects u can enjoy.

Struggled with depression and dark ideations for the better part of a couple years now and these guys are a massive contributing factor in why I am still here. They’ve saved my life in more ways than they’ll ever know, so throw on an episode and have a couple laughs. Keep fighting the good fight boys.

I started recently listening to your podcast, and started watching Brandon, nic and Cody’s videos pretty regularly. I love what you guys do for the veteran community (drink to that) and especially the autism community as my brother is autistic and pretty sure myself and my father are as well. Can’t wait to see where you all go!

I really want to enjoy this podcast, but it’s really missing ads. There’s almost 10 mins you can go without hearing an ad. That’s so much time without a annoying ad without Eli squealing. Maybe try to shove some more in please. Oh and let’s talk about Eli, good lord can he derail everything that’s interesting to either laugh like a drunk teenager at literally everything while he’s the only one laughing while the guest and everyone else patiently waits for him to quit squealing so they can finish the story. I have tried so hard to listen to every episode but I quit everytime. Maybe it’s when an ad read starts out of nowhere and Eli is screaming for no reason. Or it’s the 40% of every episode consists of squealing. I like everyone on the podcast. Eli seems like a great dude but he’s so obnoxious. I have no idea how someone with PTSD can listen to this without getting triggered. Sometimes the random ad that starts with screaming makes me feel like I was hit with an IED. Eli if you’re reading this go to any episode where someone is talking and just listen to yourself. Please.

My mind is usually a mess thats impossible to collect, so finding a podcast as random as me is amazing. The guests are always enjoyable to listen to, the hosts are enjoyable to listen to, almost everything is just enjoyable to just listen to while doing something else. This is one of the best veteran podcasts out there. Discovered them late last year. It feels like a bunch of your friends sitting around telling deployment stories or talking about ridiculous, off the wall scenarios that you would talk about during lull periods on mission. It’s perfect.
