Amazing Resource for Patients and Caregivers
"Dear Cancer, I’m Beautiful” is more than a podcast; it’s a supportive community and essential resource for the breast cancer community. What an incredible intersection!
I think the intersection between having cancer and how we feel about how we look, which includes fashion, is a deep and personal subject that is rarely talked about, or even acknowledged. I really appreciate the deep dive into that. Also, cancer effects us all in so many ways that the subject is very broad. Thank you Cancer Fashionista for this podcast, and for reminding us just how beautiful we are in so many ways! It’s real, relatable, informative, personal, and warm. I highly recommend this podcast!

    The sister I never wanted…
Melissa is the sister I never wanted, but am SO unbelievably happy to have. Being a part of this cancer “sisterhood” is tough, but when you have someone like Melissa in your life it certainly makes this j0uRneY a h3ll of a lot better! Being able to talk about something I’m very passionate about with her was so much fun. It was both a very fun and educating experience. She’s so professional when it comes to her podcasts, but when its to our time to speak, it’s like we’re just meeting for coffee/cocktails and just shooting the breeze!

A must listen for women! 💖
I first was introduced to Melissa when I was first diagnosed with breast cancer and then I had the absolute pleasure of meeting her in person a few months later. She became part of my tribe as I was fighting breast cancer. She shares her experiences, fashion tips, and she serves as an amazing mentor for women going through cancer and after. She is a true inspiration and graciously shares her knowledge and resources for all! This was a natural next step and a must listen for anyone you know diagnosed with breast cancer and beyond! I am forever grateful!
