Nostalgia but not the way I thought
I've followed a few "cartoon review" podcasts that usually talk about cartoons and review the show. This podcast is totally different but still gives me the nostalgia. I've listened to a couple of episodes with the most recent being the Robot Jones episode. Now I wanna go look the show up on YT. The host is six years older than me but I relate to him like there wasn't that gap in age. Keep up the amazing work my dude. Also, as a huge King of the Hill fan, I would love to see you do an episode with Squirrel Tactics. That would be a dream. Otherwise, just keep up what you do Julian and don't ever think that the podcast isn't loved

Thank you for making this show
Perhaps an unconventional review, but thank you so much for doing this podcast. I listened to your episode with one of the storyboard artists of Samurai Jack, and it got me to go back and rewatch the whole thing, including the newest season which I hadn’t gotten around to yet. For potential listener’s, I really recommend this show. The host is a bit older than me, (I’m 27) but he’s probably around my older brother’s age, so I grew up watching almost all the shows he’s covering and I truly enjoy how “real” he is, and how conversational the whole show comes across. You can tell him and the guests are enjoying themselves, and you will too!

A Sincere Sailor Mouth With A Heart of Gold
I’ve stumbled onto Julian’s podcast after finding out he was friends with another podcaster who had us on the episode after his on their show. After picking a few episodes to listen to (i.e. Craig Bartlet, Gregg Berger, Toby Jones, and Jody Gray) I get a strong sense he’a a podcaster who’s weathered a storm most have not endured so his podcast can exist today. All of his interviews are deeply insightful. Julian is thought-provoking, asks earnest questions to his guests, and respects everyone involved - whether you’re a fan, new listener or a guest. Above all, he keeps is conversations natural and close-to-home, something I greatly admire in him, since I’ve often struggled with my own podcast presence. While he does swear a bit (which may be too much for either younger or more sensitive listeners), it doesn’t bother me, as I can understand why it slips into his conversations sparsely. Bottom line: If you love hearing about animation history and how production in the industry works straight from the horse’s mouth, this is the perfect podcast for you. He seems like a great guy, and I look forward to getting to know him better as I dig through his catalog loaded with gems 💎

A Review of "What's In My Head Podcast"
I had found certain parts of what I had believed to had been a certain installment of this "What's In My Head Podcast" to had been vulgar, unnecessary, negative, and detrimental (specifically what I had believed to had been certain forms of language).

    Great idea for a podcast
Bringing the faces to the names of the unsung heroes of 80’s and 90’s babies childhoods! Very entertaining content. It’s interesting to hear a little more about the adults that made kids’ lives everywhere more fun.

    The Host With The Most
An awesome hidden gem of a podcast. The host himself seems really knowledgeable and passionate about everything they bring to the pod, as well as incredibly charismatic and entertaining. The guests are awesome, the flow is great, and this is easily becoming one of my new favorite podcasts.

    What’s in my Childhood?!
I’m a big fan of Julian’s interview style and also how he goes after the most interesting people from the shows and things from my childhood. I like how it’s a friendly environment that’s a real easy listen. I love it how he gets excited about these shows that were around when I was a kid. Great listen and weekly required podcast listening!

I started out by watching these interviews via YouTube, but ever since I’ve had to go to work I’ve had to listen instead.
