Martial artists work years to earn the title of master, but in running the title of ”master” refers to those of us between the ages of 40 and 49. Here we’ll take a deep dive into the stories behind these fellow master, grandmaster (50-59) and senior grandmaster (60+) athletes, along with their successes, struggles and favorite mistakes they’ve made along the way. You’ll learn about what motivates this group, their goals and, of course, how they train and what they eat! Come here to celebrate being a ”master”!
