I was expecting a deep dive into the deal as described. You could tell zero prep work was done before recording. They couldn’t remember when they did the deal, how much the house was, how much they put into it or what they sold it for. If a deep dive is how you describe your content, do some prep work to know what the details actually were vs how you think you remembered it.

Always look forward to every Monday and Thursday! Thursdays are always fun because they bring someone on who just did a real deal and it’s cool to see everyone’s background and that anybody can do it.

I am on my 12th episode of this podcast and absolutely love all the content. However I have had an extremely hard time listening to the early episodes because of how horrible the audio editing is. If this is something that you want people to recommend to other people, please fix the audio it is almost impossible to listen to. Please. Please Please Please Please Please please fix this. It’s so bad.

Great show but the audio quality between host and guest is always terrible. Host is super loud and guest is quiet or vice versa.

Super informational and allows you to really see how you can invest in real estate safely and make money.

Joe does a great job asking questions and getting curious.

Joe and Brody bring in awesome people who talk about real deals and show you how it’s done. Most of the discussions are about deals done recently. They prove REI is doable even in todays challenging market, and show you how they got it done.

So much great knowledge and experience shared from all aspects of real estate, beginner level to experts, different markets, different strategies, etc. Give it a listen!
