Who doesn’t think People Solve Problems?
I love this podcast because it recognizes that, despite technology, systems, processes, and various product solutions, the root of all improvement lies with people. People are the ones who have to use all that stuff, so we might as well recognize it from the beginning and talk about the human element with respect any solution.
