This podcast is hosted by Jill M. Lillard, MA LPC, a licensed counselor, and Gottman Certified Couples Therapist.  Jill has been helping people manage their minds, process their feelings, and have better relationships for over 25 years.

Such an uplifting podcast

I love love love this podcast, she gives practical tips and teaches you how to apply them all why aligning them with the Bible. I’m only on episode 14 because I keep relistening to some of the firsts episodes because they have been so profoundly impactful and I want to unpack everything she’s covering! Seriously in the chaos of my life as a nurse, mom to 3 young kid, wife to a firefighter and rancher this has been a cornerstone of faith and mental health for me!

I’ve learned how to take ownership of my thoughts, actions and life to get the results I want. I’ve learned that I am not a victim of my circumstances or of other people’s choices. I get to show up how I choose and I get to think whatever I want about my circumstances. This is freedom! This is life! Every time I listen to this podcast I’m encouraged to live and love courageously and fully own my life. Jill rocks!

I’ve learned so much from Jill

Since joining Jill’s coaching groups I have gained so many practical skills on how to deal with everyday circumstances. Jill is amazing!

I am apart of Jill’s community with online coaching and zoom calls. It’s amazing. It was very surprising at first because it don’t go how you would expect. The tools she brings to the table of how to handle all things that come at you are phenomenal, which is what I wanted. I’ve been so tired of feeling like I can’t be in control because of so much that happens to me. She gives PRACTICAL BIBLICAL wisdom and advice from solid teaching/sources, and works with you to give you back mentally the power you truly have over yourself, no MATTER what is happening around you! #Overcoming Control over SELF is where that’s at, and she really gives you what you need to be able to do it. Her words are so informative and Power packed, I HIGHLY recommend listening a few times to each episode because she is just throwing out so many diamonds! PICK EM UP AND PROTECT THEM!!! Put it to work and I promise you will see internal change!

Practical, Biblical, Inspirational

Jill’s content is just what I needed in order to put shoes on my faith and start walking in grace and truth. While each lesson provides meaningful content, one must take in all the material over time, as there are so many parts to the whole and they all work together.
