Suzannah Troysoothing and helpful for PTSD traumai'm a victim of shocking shocking violence at a doctors office in SoHo October 1, 2012 and rather than apologies if any point more crimes were committed even in legal proceedings where the doctor and employee even mock the violence along with their travelers insurance lawyer, so I'd like walking and listening and I find this comforting, soothing, helping with self-worth that when you're a victim of violence, it's like they're trying to rob you when they including a doctor, who took the Hippocratic oath when they mock the violence and laughed like it's something funny it's a big joke and this went on in Travel some insurance offices that they mock the violence served depositions. It's so startling, and it robbed you of yourself or so I'd like to show because it helps to try andhelp you reclaim yourself self-worth so thank you for calming and soothing

KB8272Daughter, wife, mom, friendHey Scott, Kelly from Montgomery, TX. I’ve listened to 100% of your podcast. Thanks for doing the work and making this world a better place. JustImagine64“Know your worth”Folks, if you’re familiar with Scott, then you know he finishes most of his content with the phrase”Know your worth”. I found this to be a catchy phrase, and one that I really liked, the longer I listened. I realized I wasn’t really hearing the words he was saying, I was just pretending to. When I finally started to take to heart his words of “know you’re worth“ I started to realize how the world has tricked most of us into believing that we should be serving at the leisure of others instead of at times, making sure that we are having enough time for self-care and knowing our own worth in the world. I hope you’ll listen to his podcast and his other content, and I hope that you’ll find the same resounding notes of confidence building that I have found. You really do need to know your worth… in order to know your worth. RC

FedeMcCassThe amazing friendly reminder guyI don't have many words, although I'm trying to establish myself as a writer; most of the time, less is more, so my review here will be: Thank you, Scott, you mean a lot.

Lola BulletKeep Listening! It’s a gem of a podcast….This podcast held my attention the whole time, which is a mean feat for someone who bounces from thing to thing very easily. Scott is so down-to-earth and honest and frank about his own experience that he doesn’t have to give advice to know that there are lessons in everything he has experienced as a child, young adult and into older years, learning how to deal with complex trauma, different layers of how to love people and raise kids, and mainly in how to find and love yourself first, by not shying away from the difficulties of life. Because that is where the true joys are unearthed, at the same time. His examples teach ways of finding help and helping yourself to cope in the world without being always so afraid and up in your head. Boots on the ground, fire in the belly and laughter on the lips as challenges are conquered daily, like a savage! Nature heals, walking/hiking too, and so does listening to similar experiences of people who are now thriving. You got this! Go listen! Keep listening!
