Westielover1234Dynamic ladies!I love these two. They really understand what it’s like at this stage as a mid life mama!
-
SubveretTopics good-sound is badI want to enjoy the topics but have a hard time listening to entire episodes because the sound quality is distracting-compared to other podcasts.
-
Dyf5Year end recapLove being able to relate to this. Didn’t see the Instagram post of being happy and sad but totally relate. So excited for them being adults and being happy and where they are but sad that things have changed and they’re not under my roof anymore. Thank you for putting this together!
-
Cupcake 51VolumeI enjoy your podcast but when listening I have to have my volume full blast. It sounds like you’re sitting across the room from your microphone. Also, your phone messages are always dinging while you’re talking. Have a great 2025!!

Larsha1Love this podcast!Great content & and very helpful for moms at this stage of life.
-
StarryGlowSound issuesReally enjoy the content but I find the quality of the sound very frustrating. It sounds like they are recording in a tin can. It is especially difficult when they are talking fast and over each other; the message gets lost. There are several recent episodes that I have not finished due to this issue.

wattlc3Relevant TopicsGlad I found this podcast as it pretty much aligns with my current life stage. Wish the sound quality was better-they sound like they’re recording from the bottom of a well.

888lbf888Show soundThe sound is so bad on this podcast. I enjoy the content, but it sounds like the doctors are standing in a hole. You need some decent Mikes.

WalMom01Awesome!Great podcast for those us in this new season. Helpful ideas to navigate and be proactive in these years to come!
-
solana762Incredibly spot-on and helpful podcastThis podcast is incredibly relevant and timely as I am a 50-year-old mom of 3 who has been trying for many years to figure out what’s next and how to build a more fulfilling life outside of the home. I know so many close friends and other women who are all facing similar questions and challenges. Can’t wait for the book!
-
LS boy momCommunityI look forward to the new episode being released each week. I listen on my walk & it’s comforting to hear that I’m not the only one feeling this way.
-
Emma FransonAmazing!!Such wise words and amazing advise for moms who are actively transitioning into a new phase of motherhood, and those who are future pacing/ preparing for this next chapter!!
-
Erin AlbersJust in timeI found the is podcast just in time for my oldest to go off to college and it has helped me so much. I love how these ladies are just so real and not worried about being perfectly polished. I also love how they are walking examples of living out their second half of life with a dream and a purpose. I can’t wait to go back and listen to past podcasts!
-
mama_387Amazing!Such wise information and the connection between you two is so beautiful! Can’t wait for more episodes!

Pinglan15Highly recommend! This podcast is a breath of fresh air offering genuine and thought-provoking conversations about “Life After Kids.” To be honest, I don’t have children of my own, but “Life After Kids” also embodies the journey of women after 40, which I am (and then some). It’s candid, engaging, motivational and unapologetically honest. Dr. Brooke

FriendlynorthernerGreat conversationIt’s great to hear two women having actual conversations on important topics… but can also have differing opinions. It’s refreshing to hear different opinions so that the listeners can resonate with what feels right to them.

mishlynn22Starvation diet? Really?Wow. Just listened to the menopause podcast. I’m kind of shocked about the advice given to basically fast till lunch, then have a smoothie with only supplements in it. (at least that’s all you said was in it). Then have a dinner with no carbs, only protein veggies. You are thin because you eat almost no calories per day. Why is a piece of low glycemic Ezekiel bad? Even Dr. Casey Means of Good Energy fame thinks Ezekiel is fine. What about actually eating fiber from food instead of using a fiber powder in your smoothie. And, you advise this after just telling us you messed up your thyroid with fasting. Sounds like you are a person to NOT take advice from. Definitely deleting this podcast. Please give more sound advice so you don’t hurt anybody…

LMSR221UmmmI’ve listened to just a couple of episodes and discovered a few kernels of helpful info. However, these 2 talking over each other constantly could not be more annoying.
-
kscfo123Great podcast!Very honest and helpful discussions
-
0204SWise, Positive and EncouragingLadies, thanks so much for your empathetic and gentle, yet motivating, messages. I especially appreciated the recent episode on letting go of young adult children- so important but so hard to do! Your in-law advice was excellent, too. I subscribed and am looking forward to listening more.
-
MomnalliePerfect Message and TimingSuper honest and understanding - hitting words that ring true. How do I find my ‘true-self’ in mid50’s - empty nest mom. Major career that I stepped away from. Finding who I am in the next phase of life.
-
luckymom247So authentic and honestI enjoyed the conversation on removing our mask . As an enneagram 1 and Brene brown fan I felt like asking you both to meet for coffee so we can just chat more deeply.
-
KHM76Grateful!So grateful for this podcast! You need to listen especially if living a natural, healthy lifestyle is also for you! Drs Brooke and Lynn carry a wealth of knowledge on many mental and physical well being topics! I look forward to driving to and from wherever I’m headed and tuning in! Check them out! You won’t be disappointed!

DocsOnVacationAdulting is no easy thing!Life can be difficult. Guidance and support or a necessity in my book. It’s nice to hear from the doctors that I am going through things that a lot of other women are too. I’m not alone. He’s two smart and hi how are fun loving women. They brighten my day each time I listen in. And I referred all of my friends to them.
-
Ticle ToesLove these ladies! The best mix of approachable, fun and challenging directives and conversations to jump start your next chapter!
-
Sports00Andrea LaplanteBrooke and Lynn are ON POINT with this space! Women need to evolve from Motherhood to the women we are meant to be encompassing all that we are with support from our community. This is a great space to feel seen and free to move into whatever phase we need at this stage! Love their authenticity!
-
tonybompLife after KidsDr. Brooke is my daughter so admittedly I’m a little biased. However, between my tears of pride, I am so amazed at how candid these two are! I already was aware of their passion and purpose. But to hear how they are presenting their ideas with complete honesty and staying true to their passion and purpose should resonate to their audience. Terrific job ladies!!! You will definitely touch lives positively!
