I just finished binging this show starting from the beginning, skipping a handful that were nearly exclusively about machining (I have a sewn goods company). I want to say THANK YOU! This podcast introduced me to lean and I went down the rabbit hole… people centric lean, 2 second lean, binging Paul Akers books and videos, Ryan Tierney’s book and podcast, Tom Hughes books and now GembaDocs for Kanban & SOPs… it has completely changed my approach to business and it is already drastically improving our lives! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I love listening to these two. If only all leaders would think this way. I’m really enjoying these talks and I always pull something out of them to use in my life and career. This podcast is teaching me how to think about lean and leadership.
