Every single episode of Marketing Smarts presents actionable and insightful ideas. George brings incredible guests on the show who have unique experience, and I am always learning something new. I highly recommend giving this show a listen!

    Good guests, annoying host
Though the guests and content are often very good, I find the host so annoying that I weigh whether it will be worth the listen. Stop trying to sound like a radio announcer and just have a conversation. Also, stop telling me what I just heard — assume I am an intelligent and experienced marketer.

I am so happy I found this podcast! I especially appreciated the information that was shared about how to promote your book when have no time! Thank you for bringing out great answers such as how your book sales come from your existing branding already! They buy YOU, not the book per se. Excited for more !

Kerry has voice for Podcasting & the best guests!
Podcasts all have guests and great topics but Kerry has the knack for asking engaging questions and allowing the guests to really share examples and insights without them coming off as plugging or sales. This podcast is one that I listen to every episode and the fact that Kerry has the perfect voice for podcasting makes this an easy listen in the car, in the office or while doing work. A Must Listen!

Loyal Fan bc of the “Content” and Hilarious Host
I’m avid listener of this podcast b/c it keeps me up-to-speed with the latest in Social Media, Engagement, and Content Marketing. This podcast has educated me in ways that separates me from the other consultants in my area. I don’t just listen to the podcast, I’m inspired to engage with the speakers through Twitter, and sometimes sign up for their courses or ebooks. The host Kerry O’Shea Gorgone is hilarious too, the podcast isn’t a long sales pitch because of her wit, humor, and out of the box questioning.

Best business and marketing podcast. Period.
Years ago I was a huge fan of Ben McConnell and Jackie Huba's Church of the Customer podcast. Ben and Jackie put a lot of time into this short-lived podcast, and it really came across in the quality of the episodes and the level of content. Most podcasts I've listened to since are quite honestly, not very good. Typically they include guests and the host either barely knows the guest and their accomplishments, which wastes the guest's time as well as the listener's time. Then there's Kerry O'Shea Gorgone, the host of the Marketing Smarts Podcast from MarketingProfs. Kerry does something that many podcasters rarely do, she actually RESEARCHES her guests and asks INTELLIGENT questions! Being prepared is SUCH a lost art from podcasters, but Kerry always does her homework, and it raises the level of the podcast measureably so. She is a complete professional with a flawless delivery, she puts the spotlight on the guest and knows just what questions to ask the guest. Again, she does her homework. She's the best right now, and I'm saying this as a fellow podcaster myself.

Best female podcast voice of all time
Long time stalker, first-time listener to this podcast. Not only does Kerry have the best female podcast voice in the history of podcasting, she also has such a unique style with her questioning of guests. She clearly prepares for each and every show and knows just the right balance between asking a question, listening to the answer, and replying to that question with an insightful comment and or the appropriate follow-up question. This podcast has now made it into my regular rotation. Bonus: the interview with Ann Handley?? #awesomesauce

A Really, Really Awesome Marketing Podcast & Even More Awesome Host
In a word, Marketing Smarts is: Awesome! Tons of great marketing content, top-notch marketing industry guests, all present in a smart but easy to digest fashion. But you wanna know the really (not so hidden) gem behind this show: Host Matthew T. Grant. Fun, funny and smart, with just right amount of tastful snark -- basically Matt's the kind of guy you would want to hang out with, and just kick it. If marketing is your thing -- subscribe to this podcast!

This is definitely one of the most thoughtful, articulate and insightful podcasts on marketing. There are many great podcasts out there that talk about "how-to", but this one sheds insight on the "why".
