  • Hello121212!!!
How credible can you be if you get victims names wrong?
I don’t trust him as far as I could throw him. Disgusting SOB! How can you have the audacity to do an episode of a high profile case and not even get the victims name right?
  • TrudyTedeschi
    The worst
It’s Libby German, you cretin. Kelsi is her sister. I’ve heard a lot of bad things about you. Turns out they are all true. I made it about 15 minutes before my blood pressure started going up. Do better
  • BeeCuzThatsWhy
    Uh oh 🧐
Richard Allen has been rehashed by others, esp by “a million other choices”. Geez, when are you gonna get a new case. All these employees …. C’mon Bob ….There was more content in the past with you and Mike!!!
  • EZ422
    New season pleassssseee!!
When will a new case start?? I’m sooo over this Bob! I miss your voice but cannot listen to the filler anymore😭😭😭. 5 stars for who you are NOT these interviews

    Follow-Up gets 1 star
Woke Varney has to go. She high jacks & ruins every Friday show. Stick to the episode case talk. We don’t need your feelings. Insufferable

    ADS with Bob Ruff
This podcast had more ads than YouTube. The information between that ads is great
  • Eb1005
Follow up to adnan - terrible
He has no actually contradictions to the Prosecutors, just says Adnan has no motive. Yeah ex boyfriends never have a motive. SKIP

    My Fav Pod
Bob is such a professional. His passion and dedication to the cases come through as he’s talking. As a fellow Michigander I'm glad he picked up the latest case!

    Not everyone is innocent
I really loved this podcast until it turned into the Bob motta show. Once he teamed up with Bob motta and his coverage of the Delphi case turned me off. Not everyone is innocent especially Richard Allen. I'll never listen again.

    Incredible Podcast
This podcast has all the elements that make for a truly exceptional program. The only thing that I find frustrating is the amount of time spent in the follow up episodes on addressing the issues of listeners who seem unable to understand how the show works, ask questions that have already been answered and the way that the presenters feel as though they have to defend themselves from criticism that has nothing to do with the case. I find myself thinking “Just don’t acknowledge it. Don’t engage.!” In fact I think the show would be better without the inane input from the audience which often derails and dumbs down the topics being discussed. I’d rather just listen to them talk amongst themselves. Save the dialogue for some other interactive space specifically for that. It’s just not interesting and it feels like I’m in a remedial high school class where half the class is just there to hold everyone else back. I want to hear the opinions from the people actually producing the show, not the peanut gallery. Disclosure does their follow up episodes this way and if Truth & Justice could make this one change then it would significantly improve the overall intelligence level and a purely case centered focus which is the best aspect of this show. 🥰

    How are you even qualified?
Maybe I am wrong, but looking at your bio, you are a former Fire Chief? So when I hear you talk about breaking down a witness statement, conducting a witness ‘analysis’…. I’m sorry…what are your qualifications? And if your answer is, ‘I do my own research’….tracking. Unqualified.

Really disappointed. No more $upport from me
Used to really be in awe of the work Bob Ruff did, but recently, his multiple episodes with Bob Motta have now turned me off completely. I will no longer support via Patreon. The one sided lies spewed by Motta and entertained and given a platform by Ruff leave me disgusted. Maybe invite someone on to give FACTS regarding the Delphi case, and not someone who yells incoherent statements for podcast listeners. Do better, Bob Ruff. Abby and Libby deserve better, and stop acting like RA didn’t get a fair trial.
  • pvbbee
    Just lost all respect
Really appreciate all the work Bob has done for innocent people but have lost all respect with the Bob Motta episode about the Delphi trial. Not everyone is innocent. Two children are dead and no talk for even a second about that. Not one second.

    Season 15
Great podcast. I was born and raised in Benton Harbor, so this one really hit home for me.
  • Lahmonj
    Season 15 is …
Much better than the rehashing of Adnan’s conviction.

    Omg the mansplaining
Great podcast, in spite of some repetitive explanations.
  • MoogLoom
    No excuses
The King of irresponsible reporting. Mr. Ruff likes to present his opinion as fact, often missing or tweaking key evidence from the records to fit his narrative. Listener beware — be sure you do your own homework.

    Season 5…
I’m still catching up so this is only based on seasons 1-mid-5. I really liked seasons 1-4 but wasn’t sure if I would like what season 5 would be about. I already felt like it was going against what he said the show would be about. He refused to take on anything with the Making a Murderer case because it already had so much awareness, then he chooses another famous case? Then in the middle of season 5, after saying on every episode that he wants people to actively discuss the case, he says that anyone that tries to discuss a very viable suspect will be banned because he likes the guy and doesn’t think he’s a suspect. The fact that he dug his heels in so deep and refused to see any other point of view goes against everything he said he was about.

Always looking for good shows and so STOKED that True Crime Obsessed showed me this!! Love it so far and so upset I didn’t know this show existed!!!
  • Onesourcegirl
    Excellent podcast!
I truly appreciate the word of Bob and his crew for getting the truth out about Benton Harbor and its total lack of leadership and policing for its residents. It’s a truly heartbreaking story and, sadly, one too common in African-American communities. But thanks for getting the word out. Your work must make a difference!
  • Wena641
    Great Podcast, Great Human.
I love listening to and watching Bob Ruff. Bob continues to make sure the victims are not the footnote to their murder. I watched him when he worked on the Memphis 3, and how hard he worked on that atrocity, to the one everyone know him for Adnan’s case. He has always made it his mission to help others, even in his firefighter profession. Keep up the amazing work Bob, and I’ll keep listening.

Doing God’s work, and doing it well
Excellent show. Very deep and thorough investigations. Shines a light on the frequent horrors of the criminal justice system for those without money, privilege, or influence. Often enough, Bob and his team manage to make a difference. Love the new music.
  • Zscdt
You have got to be kidding
Out of all the wrongful incarceration cases out there you pick this case???? I’m not into cancel culture but this makes me understand why it exists. MAYBE I will tune back in season 16. Maybe.

    So genuine
Love Bob! He is a great researcher and explains things well. He gives a lot of his time and works hard. I also love Janice and Zach. Great podcast!

    ❤️❤️❤️
I just watched your episode on Hulu’s Web of Death. I have a big heart for the wrongly convicted, and what you’re doing to help is absolutely amazing. I am now a podcast listener. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

    West Memphis Season 5
Really was interested in listening to give as much information as I could about the three little boys murdered. Unfortunately, the host bashes the police, which they did make a lot of mistakes. Not only does he do that you would think he’s some kind a big deal I’ve our profile I hung in there until I just couldn’t stand it anymore. He may want to rethink the way he does his podcast.
  • Stephanie#1210
Bob please take a communication course
Not sure how Bob went from sounding public high school educated, to currently sounding like he spent a stint in state prisons SHU unit.

    Consistently the best 💜
I can’t live without my T&J. You guys are consistently one of the only podcasts that has kept it’s spark over the years. I’ve truly enjoyed every season and it just keeps getting better.

    Excellent!
From a fire chief to exonerating the wrongfully convicted, Bob Ruff is an excellent story teller, researcher and podcaster. I’m hooked. Bob and his army are doing amazing and important work.

    Ignore the haters
This podcast has, throughout the years, attempted to provide clear and concise ACTUAL evidence to cases. Through intensive work and investigation many new issues have come to light. It’s not only about the Adnan Syed case, although haters seem to have pushed that agenda. Many pick a side and then make the evidence fit, and you will NOT find that on this podcast. The work ethic, doing his OWN work instead of using others without investigating the validity, is tremendous. If you value true investigative work and honesty, then you won’t be disappointed with the many seasons of this podcast.
  • itwasntmesir45
    Confused by this
This show is all opinions and the wrong ones at that. No evidence or facts just a cop hating, victim blaming, pro criminal outlook. No intelligence found in this show just weird narcissistic jibber jabber. Sorry Bob but no. PS ADNAN is GUILTY AS EFF.
  • $ex(oward
    Complete Joke
If you’re looking for truth or justice, look somewhere else. I used to love this show until I actually read the police case files- NOT the selected information Bob presents. If you want a real look at the actual case file follow the “Truth and Justice Discussion Group” on Facebook… not the “Official Fan Group”. The poor excuse for reporting and journalism aside, Bob runs the Official Group like a dictator- he kicks out dissenters and promotes/encourages anything that feeds his ego.
  • HenryB521
    Bob had lost his way
One of my favorites at one time. When he went after fellow podcaster, I refused to endorse or give him a good rating

    Truth
Thank you for the time and efforts you have put in to breaking down the B.S. prosecutors podcast. As if justice isn’t hard enough to get in this case. These two should be prosecuted for the complete garbage they are putting out and trying to hinder justice.
  • 631709
    Thank you!
I’ve been a listener since season one. Bob , I followed you and the team on this journey going over The prosecutors podcast -on why they believe Adnan is guilty kicking and screaming. From the first time hearing Adan's story through serial, I thought something was off . Then listening to your season on Adan’s case and of course all of undisclosed episodes meticulously covering and uncovering all the facts AKA Truth of the wrongful conviction and horrible miscarriage of justice done to Adnan and Hae . I didn’t want to listen to anymore misinformation about this case. However I did, it was extremely hard , but so glad you took this to task. Especially for those folks who didn’t have any thing else to go on except the incredibly misinformation that The prosecutors episode’s put out there. Thank you for doing this , I know it had to be extremely difficult and draining. You are appreciated! !!!! As well as your team. My prayers are with all of you.
  • Kel Shell
    Facts are facts
I am always still amazed on how much Bob focuses on the evidence and the facts and is very clear when he’s sharing his opinion. Other podcasts frame the story they want you to hear, but Bob treats you like an adult who can make your own decisions about the evidence presented. He assumes his audience is intelligent, and he never condescends. All that said, I still love the occasional Angry Bob! Say what you gotta say, and don’t apologize!
  • Couvekatie
The BEST in true crime podcasting.
Truth and Justice is the gold-standard in true crime podcasting. Keep up the great work!

    This podcast
Is a podcast about a podcast talking about a podcast they created supporting a popular podcast. It’s hilarious. But also disturbing. Everything that’s wrong with true crime your thing? You’ve found your people. Weaponized microphone included.

    New Fan!
I’m an avid listener of true crime podcasts and I just stumbled upon yours 2 weeks ago. I don’t know why I didn’t start from season 1 but I started at the season of the Adnan appeal case. After that season I started from season 1. I LOVE THIS PODCAST!!! I just want to say thank you for all the work you are doing for the wrongfully convicted! Your work is so informative, detailed and full of compassion. You would of been an amazing lawyer. I just wanted to show my gratitude for you and your work. May God bless you and your family.
  • Ldubs82
    My go-to podcast
I’ve been a listener since season 1 and can’t say enough about the Truth & Justice team and their commitment to help wrongfully convicted people as well as the families of victims get the justice they deserve. Each season gets better and better. The follow-up episodes are my favorite as I like to listen to the team’s conversations as well as the questions and comments from other listeners. It can be just a podcast if you want, but it can also be a true community.
  • Veronica_212
    Seriously?!
Is this guy for real?! I genuinely thought this is supposed to be a true crime PARODY podcast! “Dissecting” a more popular, evidence-based podcast might make him some money but it hardly comes close to persuasive or thoughtful. Kind of fits in with his personality and style I guess, but listening to him is mind-numbing and tedious. Nice try though, Bob.
  • hithisappisnotgood
    Grifter
Bob falsely claims a copyright to the police interview for Jenn to force people to listen to this on his podcast where he can make money off of the murder of an innocent girl, whose killer he is supporting not because he actually believes in his innocence, but to make money. He’s a low rate grifter of the worst kind. Anyone that follows him is stupid and lacks critical thinking skills, just like Bob.
  • TY1975
    Unbelievable
This is a podcast about a podcast again, and this time it’s much worse. He is not only a bad podcaster in terms of voice, cadence, presentation, he is not very bright and only responds to things he disagrees with, without much rational thinking involved. It’s frankly lame and exploitative. The girl and guy that does this fiasco with him, seem like good people, but they enable this insane echo chamber. The prosecutors are the real deal, this is just trash really
  • jldr77
    Disappointed
I have listened to a couple of seasons and enjoyed them. These new multiple episodes putting down another podcast is off putting. If you stand by your case, no response to another podcast should be necessary. I feel like people quit listening to this podcast because it was boring so we are back to Adnan in an attempt to stay relevant.
