    Really Enjoy Eric’s Podcast
    I first discovered Eric on TikTok and Instagram and he had a lot of insightful tips about fitness and weight loss. Then I discovered his podcast which is just a continuation of his social media. He’s very down to earth and gives it to you straight. He’s not out there to push any products on you. Really enjoy the show and it’s on my regular listening list.

    Perfect soundtrack to fitness journey
    In the last couple months I’ve been working with one of Eric’s awesome coaches. This podcast is the perfect pairing with all the other insightful information I receive from my coach. Even if you’re not signing up for the coaching, Eric is very genuine with his knowledge and helpful tools on these podcast. So many people in the industry come off as robots and there’s no promotion of balance. That’s not the reality for most people who don’t want fitness and macros to be 100% of their life and personality. Keep up the great work Eric and special shout-out to Coach Mary! Awesome team of people 💪

    Hi Eric, I wanted to leave this review and tell you how much I appreciate every message you put out into the world. You have helped teach me so much about fitness and nutrition. I listen to your podcasts every time you put one out and they have changed the way I look at food, exercise and even myself. I also want you to know that if I could join your clubhouse and use your app I would in a heartbeat. Unfortunately I am a stay ay home mom and we financially struggle for just basic items. However, just following all the free information you have put out there has helped me tremendously and I can’t thank you enough for all you do. When anyone asks me about nutrition and fitness related information I always mention you.     Eric thank you for this information. I suffer from SAD and I was surprised to hear about creatine. Needless to say I went and read some research and I’m going to start taking that as well as checking my D3 levels. I currently take 5,000 IU’s daily. I follow you on Instagram and YouTube and have only sporadically listened to the podcast up until the last few weeks and I haven’t missed an episode. You’re doing a fantastic job!

    I listen to a lot of podcasts about fitness/nutrition/healthy living and this podcast is my favorite! Eric’s content is always fresh and extremely informative. I’d have to say my favorite episodes are the ones where he doesn’t hold back and gets a bit fiesty but in a good way—it’s extremely motivating! I also recently signed up for one on one coaching and it’s a wonderful investment in myself. If you’re looking for accountability and someone to be in your corner, you need to get with his coaching team. I’m jealous of anyone who hasn’t listened to his show yet because that means you get to binge listen to it all!

    This episode was amazing, it hit everything that I have been going through with my nutrition. I have been training hard for the last 3 years ( I even manned to squat 315 for 4 reps)I would lose 10-15 pounds and gain the weight right back. I never understood why by the time Wednesday hit I was starving and I just wouldn’t get full. Logical I thought maybe by body needs fried food and sweet treats to find some balance, but what ended up happening is that I would over indulge and hate myself for it. I would be eating and telling mystery that I was so fat for doing so, lol. The days following I was resentful, exhausted, and angry. Monday came around and I was in square one again. 3 years of this with no explanation of what I was doing wrong I even hired a trainer through my gym and she suggested more cardio…

    As someone who has always been active and interested in learning more about health and fitness, I can honestly say that Eric and his podcast has changed my life for the best. I always thought I was doing all the right things to maintain my weight, but when it started to creep up and I couldn’t lose it, I was incredibly frustrated. I stumbled upon Eric Roberts Fitness podcast and took to heart the suggestions Eric made, and now, 8 weeks later, I am down 10 pounds to my ideal weight. I really appreciate his advice to all listeners, even those not in the “clubhouse.”
